absolutely worthless..does not use adequate amount of water to effectively wash clothes..it say "high efficiency" ..i washed 1 set of clothes on normal (1hr) and then rewashed the same load on heavy (2.5hrs)..i felt very confident that this machine was not going to clean my clothes cuz it does not wash the clothes in a solution of water,i used a flashlight looking through the front..it just gets the clothes wet a tumbles them...so i gave it a chance and washed twice a total of 3.5 hrs washing..pulled clothes out and did a test..i washed by hand in a tub with a solution of water and soap..i got more dirt out of my clothes in 20 min. than the machine did in 3.5hrs..how is that an H.E...??so that is proof that his machine is not a washer machine and is not an H.E....do not buy..i'm now looking for a top loader where i can select the water level..bummed cuz i didnt need a dryer at the time,but i wanted a matching set so i bought as a set..now i'm taking new washer (11 month old)to the dump..no more matching set.. a complete waste of $1200...so disgusted that i do not trust any H.E. washer..i wont be staying at any hotels that use H.E. washer...just gross...if you have an H.E. washer..do the test youself..be ready to be furious and disgusted..

I didn't realize the old (different brand) machine was performing so poorly until I ran my first load of clothes through the new one. They came out so much cleaner than before and the spin cycle was very effective, the clothes dried quickly.

Awful experience with Samsung appliances. The washer has issues where it becomes unbalanced in the last rinse + spin cycle causing the washer to rinse, drain repeat with no resolution. The only solution is to manually drain it using the emergency drain at the bottom next to the filter. This is unacceptable, as someone who has used an LG front load washer, I've never thought issues like this existed. What happened to the times where companies made products that just worked without any tricks. Get it together Samsung, or drop the business.

I love how I can use different settings depending on what I am washing. I have never owned a front loader but I have to say it is now my favorite. It holds quite a bit of clothing. I love the area where you add your soaps, it has a max fill line on it so you know how much soap to use. The washer is so quiet and plays a nice little tune when it's done. The LED lighting is an absolute plus at night when doing laundry. I highly recommend this washer to anyone looking for an upgrade. My favorite Setting is the normal setting, you can pretty much use it on anything. I also feel this washer cleans my clothes so much better than my past ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have had about a week now of putting the Samsung 6000 series washer through its paces. Honestly I was hesitant to switch to a front load. I can confidently say that it has been the absolute best washer I have ever had the pleasure of using. I no longer have to worry about if my clothes are going to come out clean. Not to mention just how quiet it is! The first couple uses I had to hang by the machine for a minute just to make sure it was actually washing because it is just that quiet. The lovely LED display tells you exactly how much time each setting will take and that has been lovely when trying to decide if I have time to wait on that extra spin cycle or not. The washer had a slew of preset options, but with each one you are able to customize the rinse, spin, temp, and soil level. Your laundry is washed exactly how you want it to be. Heavy Duty, Delicates, and Bedding are the presets I have used the most so far. Also noteworthy is just low musical the machine is. When powered off or on the machine plays a little tune, each button press is a musical chirp, and at the end of cycle it serenades you with tune.

It looks great. I do still have a Maytag set in my basement which I will do heavier loads in. This is great for regular loads. Very happy with my front load Samsung.

The washer is quiet and the dryer works good. I like that you can see how many mins there are left in the cycle and all the ways to customize settings. They are also very pretty! Love the color and the sounds. 😊

Does not clean clothes that have any dirt on them. I’ve used different laundry detergent, shout on stains and I hate that I ever bought this set. I really thought that Samsung was a great product until I bought this set. I’m so disappointed/dissatisfied!

The different choice on what to wash it on is amazing! So many choices!! So easy to use, my husband is enjoying it too!! I love the child lack function, it locks the door to prevent children from climbing into and getting trapped inside The smart care function is great for me since my washer and dryer are down stairs so my phone will notify me and I can have it do a self diagnosis to find the problem. The self clean icon will appear after every 40 washes to remind me I need to self clean my machine. There are so many different cycles to wash on, I added a picture to show all the different ones and what they do! I have already used several of the different ones because I have boys and they help so much! The washer and dryer can be stacked or set side by side I case you need to maximize space, we have ours side by side because we have the room, but it’s nice that if we needed to we can stack. This machine is so larger inside the depth with the door open is 52.6 inches, I can put so many clothes in at a time and then use the heavy duty function! This has been a great add to our family! We love our Samsung washer!

I am able to wash a full load of clothes and they are very clean, compared to my previous washer this Samsung 6000 series is absolutely better. I can set my own wash time or use the options available on the front LED panel which is designed nicely. I enjoy the sound that emits form selecting an option and from turning the knob. This washer operates silently and washes my clothes completely. I like that it doesn't fill with water and washes the clothes in dirty water during the wash cycle. There is no other washer on the market in my opinion that comes close. I can keep the washer clean by using the "Self Clean" option to keep it sanitized and odor free. This washer is packed with options and features for any one. Being able to be in control of my washing chores is something this washer allows and I enjoy being able to wash in silence and know my clothes are completely clean. The drum is large enough to accommodate large loads and that doesn't compromise clean clothes, no matter what option/laundry load I have I can rest assured they will be clean. Samsung really out performs the competitors with tis washer.
