I like that you are able to customize the number of rinses, temperature, and soil level. It has some great options like steam, and has a self clean which my older model did not. It is fairly quiet. So far I am pleased. I only hope it lasts as long as my older model did.

I was very pleased with the first one nothing was wrong with the first one after 3 years but gave it away for size reasons and now I purchased this black one and I love it so far!

I will not buy a Samsung appliance again. I received TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a stackable washer/dryer unit. Within a month the dryer fell off the washer, breaking the brackets that held them together. I run a business so I called a tech out to fix immediately. It turns out that two rods were broken inside of the washer. This thing is a month old. I called warranty and they said they could not reimburse for the repairs because Samsung didnt send a tech out. I told that I run a business and I needed it fixed as soon as possible. Nope. They don’t care. I should have called Samsung first. WELL YOU SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A WASHER THAT DIDN’T BREAK WITHIN A MONTH!! Terrible customer service without regard to the big picture which is customer satisfaction. Will I be buying a Samsung appliance again? Nope. And neither should you. Trust me.

I'm a Hispanic woman in my 30s and was able to set it up alone. Will keep yall posted jic anything changes. But happy so far with the way it looks and performs. This washer has 10 different cycles you can use and the best part is Samsung has added a design to help prevent mold buildup around the rubber door seal.

I do like the fact that it has a different and improved motor system and also has easy access to the washer filter for periodic cleaning. I also like the fact that if desired you can access the washer via bluetooth app. However, I urge all to read the reviews before connecting. To connect you must give access to all of your personal cellphone information including your blood type..grin, well almost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrible, try to return it but it had already been 15 days.The washing machine vibrates a lot and "walks". I bought the 5-year warranty and from what I see it's not enough to get a washing machine exchange.

Bought this just more than a year ago. Immediately after purchasing the product, it started leaking from the detergent tray, fixed under warranty. Now just passed the warranty, heavy water leak from door seal. Cleaned it, checked no dirt or debris etc. astonished to see many people having this problem. My bad I didn’t check the reviews before buying this product. Obviously the product will not be attended as it not under warranty anymore. Today I bought a dishwasher and absolutely even refused to look at Samsung product! Never ever a Samsung product again in my house.
