[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent washer. Does what I want it to. I was surprised that these aren't smart appliances, but Samsung makes about everything else (pointlessly) connected - like a fridge. I'd rather get a reminder there's a load of laundry done and needs to be dried than to get a reminder the fridge door is open. The chances of me leaving the fridge door open are practically non-existent (I'm civilized - I close it immediately when I turn away from it). The chances of forgetting about the laundry in the hour or so it takes the machine to finish - while I make good use of my time and do other things so I have my mind elsewhere - are much, much greater. I have too many connected "smart" (that's a misnomer) appliances. The only one that should be, isn't. I guess I should have paid attention when I bought it, but figured Samsung makes everything else connected, so no way the one thing that should be wouldn't. Oops. The sounds are a bit over the top, with the buttons sounding like you're a child learning to play an instrument more than an adult doing chores. I find it amusing, but not very professional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been my best washer I have ever purchased. The first time I purchased this washer I was in love. I recently purchased another one after five years because it was on sale for Labor Day. I will recommend this washer to a friend for purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my washer, this is upgrade from my other washing machine which is also a Samsung. The best part of this is its quiet I can now adjust how hot I want the water to be. The touch pause and stop I love, it washes my clothes super fast which I really do need if I have to run out. The features that I like are how many rinses you want. I can hold 2 full size comforters. I like the quick wash the most because washes your clothes very fast if you're in a rush. Like that it’s front washer and the color white goes with everything, I mostly use the quick wash because I wash my uniform every day when I come home from work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer works well, however the lettering on the control panel has rubbed off after 4 months of use. I contacted Samsung and was told that issue was not covered by the warranty. When looking on the internet this appears to be a common problem and Samsung refused to address this signifiant quality issue. It begs the question regarding quality control in the manufacture of Samsung’s products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this washing machine! It’s quiet, does not vibrate, and is easy to operate. Pretty much the same size as my last one but this is a front loader. Also it appears that the soap and water are more uniformly distributed throughout the load than with my top loader. Love It.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We find this washer to be everything we need it for , the only thing I'm not happy with is the wash cycle that has to happen after I believe 40 washes and it needs all HOT water to do this for 4 hours

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It meets the basic needs, but it doesn't fully replace what I had. The door doesn't feel like it is closed without a firm push, but the framework is plastic making me hesitant to really shut it like my old one. I compared it to another Samsung model but felt the other model had too many features I wouldn't use, but should have spent the extra money. While this washer does what I want it to, it NO save setting. So I had to make a chart, laminate and hang it for my teens, as this doesn't even save the last cycle/setting used. You also need hold the start button, it's not a quick touch. Almost annoyed that we bought the warranty, as my previous washer only lived 7 1/2 yrs without one (and a lot of CPR).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first brand new washer and I love everything about it. My California King size comforters get clean, my son's work clothes get clean. I am so impressed and would definitely recommend this washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer several weeks ago to replace my older Samsung washer. I am very pleased with how quiet it is and that it can handle large loads of laundry. It cleans the clothes better then my older model too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quick wash setting is just as effective as the full wash cycle so it makes laundry day faster. You can adjust the number of rinses even after you started a load which is GREAT. The spin cycle is strong enough to almost dry cloth diaper liners which makes dry times lower. Overall a great product
