[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really liking it so far. It's so silent that having the finished notification really helps or I sometimes forget I was washing clothes. Love how much I can adjust how much rinse, spin, and wash cycles per load of clothes.

Washes fairly well, but annoyingly you cannot turn off the electronic noises, you can turn off the horrible song it plays when the cycle finishes, but you cannot turn off the bleeps that set it, or the song that plays when you set it to go. The noises are loud and tinny, it annoys our dog and children, what a stupid design that you can't mute these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the washer is big enough to fit our king size bedding and smart enough with its sensors to not use more water than is necessary for small loads. There are many options with each of the settings so you can make the washer fit whatever the needs of the specific load are. Coming from an old top load washer I absolutely love how much more efficient this washer is and saves on water and detergent. The washer has a sleek modern look with blue LEDs to indicate the selected settings as well as the current status of the load.

It is efficient and gets the clothes very clean. One thing I have a small issue with is that it is not as quiet as my previous model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our new washer delivered a week ago and I’ve done probably 15 loads so far because we have a new puppy!!! We had a Samsung previously that lasted 12 years and was reliable. This one, so far is even better I believe. It has more options for temperature of the water, extra rinses, spins and seems to wash a bit more quickly than my old one did. I love it so far, AND it has a 20 year warranty! I like the redesigned door seal too that’s supposed to cut down on the mildew problem the old door seals had. I’m looking forward to using it for many more years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using 4.5 cu. ft. Front Load Washer with Vibration Reduction Technology+ in Brushed Black for the last 4 months. So far, I like it. It is doing a great job. Love the black color. Looks stylish in my basement.

We purchased the washer 2 years ago, washing 2 loads per week. The washer now stays on spin cycle for hours doing 1/4 turns, no error code either. 2 reparimen later and the suspected faulty control board is no longer made. I will never again purchase a samsung product. 2 years and they dont make the pcb any longer!!!!

Bought this just more than a year ago. Immediately after purchasing the product, it started leaking from the detergent tray, fixed under warranty. Now just passed the warranty, heavy water leak from door seal. Cleaned it, checked no dirt or debris etc. astonished to see many people having this problem. My bad I didn’t check the reviews before buying this product. Obviously the product will not be attended as it not under warranty anymore. Today I bought a dishwasher and absolutely even refused to look at Samsung product! Never ever a Samsung product again in my house.

I didn't know all the other features, which I thought were cool but probably would never use. The price was reasonable.
