[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung washer is less then 2 years old out of warranty. Noticed a banging noise. Took apart the machine and somehow the counterweight balance snapped in two. Very conscious of how much we load into the washer so very confused on how a piece that is made of such a hard material just snaps so Had to replace it but now it slightly leaks will have to get a new washer soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my previous Samsung washer with the updated version after it had served us for 20 years. They’re reliable! It’s quiet when spinning. And has enough capacity to handle all of my loads. The tech is easy to understand.

The washer was replaced because the DYI repairs to defective pedestal finally failed (it was defective when purchased by Samsung said it was not warranted). We needed a pedestal, so we bought a new washer/pedestal combination and gave to old Samsung to our son. The new washer is as good as the old washer, though it is taking me time to like the LED bars for the level of various functions (for example, six lights above the level of cleaning needed instead of just "light" or "heavy." I recommend this washer.

absolutely worthless..does not use adequate amount of water to effectively wash clothes..it say "high efficiency" ..i washed 1 set of clothes on normal (1hr) and then rewashed the same load on heavy (2.5hrs)..i felt very confident that this machine was not going to clean my clothes cuz it does not wash the clothes in a solution of water,i used a flashlight looking through the front..it just gets the clothes wet a tumbles them...so i gave it a chance and washed twice a total of 3.5 hrs washing..pulled clothes out and did a test..i washed by hand in a tub with a solution of water and soap..i got more dirt out of my clothes in 20 min. than the machine did in 3.5hrs..how is that an H.E...??so that is proof that his machine is not a washer machine and is not an H.E....do not buy..i'm now looking for a top loader where i can select the water level..bummed cuz i didnt need a dryer at the time,but i wanted a matching set so i bought as a set..now i'm taking new washer (11 month old)to the dump..no more matching set.. a complete waste of $1200...so disgusted that i do not trust any H.E. washer..i wont be staying at any hotels that use H.E. washer...just gross...if you have an H.E. washer..do the test youself..be ready to be furious and disgusted..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new Samsung washer. The installation was done quickly and I was up and washing clothes in no time. It was not hard figuring out the settings and various options. I loved the blue lighting and the easy to read labeling. My oh my, this washer is quiet. I only wish it was wifi enabled so I would know when the cycle was done, thats how quiet it is. Unless I am in the garage with it, I won't hear the jingle to let me know it's completed washing a load of laundry. However, I can live with that. The capacity is awesome, I cut my washing time in half, I use the normal cycle for brights, whites cycle for whites and heavy duty for towels and such. I am so happy and my friends are all jealous right now. I know it will last for a long time as it was designed by Samsung.

Lasted only less than 5 years. I had to replace the rubber right away because mold kept building and let me tell you it's not cheap 100 bucks. This thing just stopped working rattling super loud. I would tell you to save yourself a headache and but a top load this is what I'm about to do unfortunately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is extremely quiet. The only time I could tell it was running was when it filled with water. Even then, it was barely noticed. The spin cycle did a great job of removing excess water from my clothes. They came out of the washer clean and dry enough that The dryer didn’t have to run. I allowed my clothes to air dry on my enclosed porch.

I am able to wash a full load of clothes and they are very clean, compared to my previous washer this Samsung 6000 series is absolutely better. I can set my own wash time or use the options available on the front LED panel which is designed nicely. I enjoy the sound that emits form selecting an option and from turning the knob. This washer operates silently and washes my clothes completely. I like that it doesn't fill with water and washes the clothes in dirty water during the wash cycle. There is no other washer on the market in my opinion that comes close. I can keep the washer clean by using the "Self Clean" option to keep it sanitized and odor free. This washer is packed with options and features for any one. Being able to be in control of my washing chores is something this washer allows and I enjoy being able to wash in silence and know my clothes are completely clean. The drum is large enough to accommodate large loads and that doesn't compromise clean clothes, no matter what option/laundry load I have I can rest assured they will be clean. Samsung really out performs the competitors with tis washer.

I was very pleased with the first one nothing was wrong with the first one after 3 years but gave it away for size reasons and now I purchased this black one and I love it so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK let me first start off by saying how much I am in love with my new Samsung washing machine. The sleek design make it very user-friendly, to start a normal load now takes half the time as it did before. I felt the need to use double the amount of laundry detergent and fabric softener in my old washer just to make sure my clothes was getting clean and smelling good but now I use half of the amount which saves me tons of money on my detergent! And my clothes come out feeling and smelling super clean and soft even before it’s dried! The washing machine is very quiet and very unnoticeable went on. The drum of the washing machine is very large and can easily wash a huge king size comforter with no problem at all. Which is very exciting due to the fact I had to take my comforters to the cleaner just because my old washer would not accommodate. I would most definitely recommend my Samsung to anyone on the market for a new washer.
