(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this washer a few years ago and never had an issue. Works well and has lots of room which is good as we are a family of five. The self clean option is very nice and ensures the washer stays clean and has no odours.

This dishwasher saves me so much time after dinner, I load it up and walk away. It's so easy to set and quiet when operating. There is ample room in the dish baskets both upper and lower, that I can fit several days of family dishes in if I need to. Dishes always come out clean and sparkling.

I bought this machine less than 2 years ago and really loved it. It is quiet and it cleans clothes well. We are a household of only three and it did not have heavy use but a month ago the right side counterweight broke off of the plastic outer drum. I hoped the drum warranty would help pay for parts but the warranty only covers the steel part of the drum. Only 2 years and repairing the machine costs more than buying a new one. I suspect the bolts holding the counterweight were not properly tightened during manufacture, causing the weight to loosen and resulting in it breaking the plastic tub. Hopefully a one-off because I generally prefer Samsung appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new washer for our new house purchase. This machine has not disappointed. I did research for months on the most economical and best washing machine and finally purchased this Samsung. It’s quiet and super functional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a GE fan for years. Decided it was time for a change to Samsung and have to say we love our new washing machine. Its a bit smaller but we didnt need 5.2 capacity. Also new to front load washers. I am super happy with this purchase. The clothes come out clean and smelling great and seems to get them done alot faster than my old washer. Front controls are also great instead of at the back and top of the unit. Samsung has never let me down and this washer is the perfect example. When we need to purchase a new drier it will be samsung. I wish there was an app that controls the washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great washer & dryer set. I bought it a month ago and had to call a local man to install it because I wanted it to be put in my kitchen. It looks great. I do still have a Maytag set in my basement which I will do heavier loads in. This is great for regular loads. Very happy with my front load Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this washer. It's easy to use, has tons of settings, and is super quiet. I like that it plays a song when it's done. I can just hear it upstairs (it's in the basement) so it's not bothersome but I know when to switch clothes to the dryer. My last washer didn't have this so I would always forget about the wet clothes. I'm really enjoying testing all the different settings. I also am really happy with the capacity - it's much larger than my last washer; I can fit basically twice as much laundry in it, so only have to do one load when I used to do two. I have no complaints so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung washer is perfect. It not only is beautiful but it truly cleans my clothes better than they have been cleaned in years. Love the quick wash cycle. I like spending my time doing other things besides laundry. It is also very quiet. Very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago and this is the best washer there is. I love that there are many features, and we are trying out all the options and functions. I will definitely recommend this anyone looking for quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer is nice but I am concerned about how long it will last. The drum sure seems to run out of balance during rinse cycles and I have not figured out what holds the drum in place yet. Since it is only 2 months old it seems to work fine but not like my last one that was 17 years old when it started giving out.
