[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for a couple of months now. It's OK. It does a decent job. The one thing that prevents giving a fifth star is that the cleaning cycle takes over 3 hours. The first time that happened I called service to see why that was so. The answer I got was it should only take an hour or so. Well, come to find out later, that wasn't true. It does take more than 3 hours, so, make sure you allow for that in your plans to buy this washer.

This is the worst washer I have ever had. It started making noise when spinning in just 1 year after purchase and now sounds like a jet engine. Search online and you will find that the bearings fail and this is a common problem with Samsungs front loads. Stay away!

The door doesn't feel like it is closed without a firm push, but the framework is plastic making me hesitant to really shut it like my old one. I compared it to another Samsung model but felt the other model had too many features I wouldn't use, but should have spent the extra money. While this washer does what I want it to, it NO save setting. So I had to make a chart, laminate and hang it for my teens, as this doesn't even save the last cycle/setting used. You also need hold the start button, it's not a quick touch. Almost annoyed that we bought the warranty, as my previous washer only lived 7 1/2 yrs without one (and a lot of CPR).

Compared to my older washer this washer is so quiet outside of my laundry room I can’t even tell it’s running. My clothes are super clean now. The features are amazing. I am confident that no matter how small or large the load is they will come out clean. I have a large family so I am constantly doing laundry and what used to take me two full days now takes just one day. The different cycles make it easy to do super small delicate loads and huge soiled loads with ease. Super easy to understand what cycle I need for my dirty items. Super pleased with this machine.

I am able to wash a full load of clothes and they are very clean, compared to my previous washer this Samsung 6000 series is absolutely better. I can set my own wash time or use the options available on the front LED panel which is designed nicely. I enjoy the sound that emits form selecting an option and from turning the knob. This washer operates silently and washes my clothes completely. I like that it doesn't fill with water and washes the clothes in dirty water during the wash cycle. There is no other washer on the market in my opinion that comes close. I can keep the washer clean by using the "Self Clean" option to keep it sanitized and odor free. This washer is packed with options and features for any one. Being able to be in control of my washing chores is something this washer allows and I enjoy being able to wash in silence and know my clothes are completely clean. The drum is large enough to accommodate large loads and that doesn't compromise clean clothes, no matter what option/laundry load I have I can rest assured they will be clean. Samsung really out performs the competitors with tis washer.

Although I didn't need to stack them I like that I have the option to stack them if needed. Not too many fancy bells and whistles but after a lot of research into what was worth it this machine was a good balance between price and features. Have only had it for a few weeks but so far have not had any issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best washers created, the smart touch feature makes it super convenient to pop in some clothing push and go, leaving me knowing my washer is doing its job without me having to do much work other than watch my clothing be clean and fresh. The settings on the washer were easy to navigate with the smart touch the best setting in the washer is the self clean as I've never had a washer that provided this feature before, once used the washer looks brand new again!!!

We had a Samsung previously that lasted 12 years and was reliable. This one, so far is even better I believe. It has more options for temperature of the water, extra rinses, spins and seems to wash a bit more quickly than my old one did. I love it so far, AND it has a 20 year warranty! I like the redesigned door seal too that’s supposed to cut down on the mildew problem the old door seals had. I’m looking forward to using it for many more years!
