I bought my laundry pair approx 4 years ago and am so disappointed. My washer has orange residue from softer holder - possible rusting screw..: no one seems to know and although we vacuum lint trap on a regular basis… still had a lint fire. Dryer is designed with lint trap just above motor. Lint continues to roll off lint collector to motor. I have had numerous appliance maintenance professionals to my home with no answers. I’m in constant fear of a house fire. I am getting rid of both as soon as I can afford another set.

We can control the number of spin cycles based on what we are washing which is perfect for increasing when washing towels and socks. The look is modern and simplistic. Super easy to install, setup and use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with the calibration feature to ensure accurate weight detection. The washer is so much quieter than my previous Samsung washer. It uses less detergent and Softener and with comparison loads between the old model it is 59 minutes vs 45 minutes. That’s a 14 minute saving.

I bought one and the engine mount broke before the year was up. They gave me credit to buy another one and it only lasted 14 months. The same problem with the engine mount. Now it's out of warranty and they're not responding. Don't waste your money on this brand.

Also uses less detergent even though loads are larger. Spins most of water out so uses less energy in dryer. It looks great, too. I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installers are lazy fellows. They did not install due to light other work. Simply left the washer with unhook. Unit is good but installers are bad. Really I do not like to hire them if I am samsung owner.
