[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased less than a month ago online so I wasn’t sure how big a load could be washed at one time. Once it was delivered and hooked up I was pleasantly impressed with the load capacity! After having to take my king size bedding (comforter included) to the laundromat for so long, I am glad I made this purchase because I can finally fit my bedding into a single load😌

Bought this washer 3 years ago (in COVID time)...the first washer could not be installed because it failed the hookup test. The installer said he has never see this happen in all his 30 years of the business. The second washer failed after 3 years. The huge C shaped bolt broken in half and water everywhere...again the repair man from samsung said He had never seen this happen and that products were just being slapped together during the quarentine time. BYER BEWARE....still in contact with Samsung to see if they will make it right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so in love with my new washing machine!! In love that I can hardly hear it when doing a load! I can wash so many items at once! The different choice on what to wash it on is amazing! So many choices!! So easy to use, my husband is enjoying it too!! I love the child lack function, it locks the door to prevent children from climbing into and getting trapped inside The smart care function is great for me since my washer and dryer are down stairs so my phone will notify me and I can have it do a self diagnosis to find the problem. The self clean icon will appear after every 40 washes to remind me I need to self clean my machine. There are so many different cycles to wash on, I added a picture to show all the different ones and what they do! I have already used several of the different ones because I have boys and they help so much! The washer and dryer can be stacked or set side by side I case you need to maximize space, we have ours side by side because we have the room, but it’s nice that if we needed to we can stack. This machine is so larger inside the depth with the door open is 52.6 inches, I can put so many clothes in at a time and then use the heavy duty function! This has been a great add to our family! We love our Samsung washer!

The people who installed the washing machine were very professional and did a great job. We are very satisfied with the purchase :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All around great washing machine. Efficiently cleans laundry, towels and bedding. I love all of the settings. Activewear is a huge bonus as well as the rinse, spin, soil settings. I use detergent sheets and HE liquid, both work well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first time with a front loader. I'm so happy we made this choice. I like that I can see what's happening inside, during the wash cycle. I like the soap measuring drawer, that it's very quiet, the way I'm able to choose the settings and that there is a timer letting me know how long each cycle has to go. I also like the cute tune it plays when the close are finished washing. My close come out clean and well spun to go into the dryer.

15 days after the product was delivered, the washer started leaking at the bottom of the door. I'm attaching a photo of the "diaphragm" where the water pours out. I would write more, but in my first attempt at writing a thorough review, they wouldn't le me explain further. They said "We couldn’t post your review because it did not meet our review guidelines". I would not recommend this product.

I purchased my Samsung front loader about three years ago. I am so disappointed in it. It molded around the rubber seal within one year, so it constantly smells moldy. They instruct you to leave the door open so that does not happen but then you have a puddle in front of your washer because the door has water still around it. So my new flooring is getting ruined. It needs a lot of maintenance, like running the self clean cycle with bleach inside the drum to prevent molding. Wiping down the rubber seal around the door after every wash. I just wish someone would have informed me of these issues before we purchased it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung washer is less then 2 years old out of warranty. Noticed a banging noise. Took apart the machine and somehow the counterweight balance snapped in two. Very conscious of how much we load into the washer so very confused on how a piece that is made of such a hard material just snaps so Had to replace it but now it slightly leaks will have to get a new washer soon.
