[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feel a strong sense of security from the Samsung product quality and support team. It started with my online purchase experience: chatting with a sales rep helped me select the best product and delivery/installation options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wash cycle is fast- there isn't a stinky smell at beginning of cycle when expelling water - able to wash a large load in short period of time - our family loves all Samsung products ( tvs phones etc)

I bought this set two days ago. Only two minor complaints: washing machine cord very short, would be find if you lived in a modern home where you maybe stacking these, but for a older home, it is a challenge. The packing bolts; extremely confusing instructions given. You have a very long screw which you assume is the bolt, but in fact you have to pull the bolt out after removing the screw. If your little black cover does not fit in the hole, you still have a bolt to remove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new washer for our new house purchase. This machine has not disappointed. I did research for months on the most economical and best washing machine and finally purchased this Samsung. It’s quiet and super functional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer and dryer set as a replacement to our old Samsung set. We used the old set for about 20 years. So fast things are working good. There are a couple of concerns though. One is that the washer doesn't spin as well as our last washer. Our clothes felt almost dry with our older washer. This new one doesn't spin out enough water. Secondly, the door on the washer can't be changed to the other side. The dryer door can be changed. We are going to try to put the washer on the left side of the dryer and see if that works. The only problem we foresee is that the drain might not be long enough for this. All in all we like our new set. I've just downloaded the app for three "Smart Care" feature, but haven't used it yet. The reviews on the app store for this feature doesn't look good though. Time will tell!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a great front load washer. We've had it for about two years now and it gets the job done. Our clothes are always clean (no missed spots) and I love how many different settings there are from delicate to bedding to heavy load. I also find that it seems to be quite energy efficient and conserves water. Highly recommend this Samsung washer for all your laundry needs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer and dryer combo! We moved into a house that didn’t have them there which gave me the opportunity to finally get a front loading washer. It is so much easier getting clothes out without having to practically stand on your head! They also make the laundry area look great. Clothes come out very clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally a washer I completely love! The design is sleek, modern, and I love that it gives you many wash cycle options, and pre sets everything based on what you choose. It’s also very quiet, I barely hear it running.

Drum doesn't clean with self clean and stinks. Front Door Seal leaks and is falling apart. Fills with water 3/4 all the time and does not finish wash. Need to unload and drain with a cloth and bucked. I will never buy Samsung appliances again. They need to stick to phones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I’ve had this for a week. It’s quiet. It washes very well. Looking forward to washing larger items such as blankets. And using the bedding and sanitize modes. Really to soon to give a great review. The only thing I wish it had was a regular beep to cycle start/finish I know there are different sounds and an off altogether. The chime gets a little old real quick. Other than that....so far so good. I’m happy with the purchase.
