Two of them failed less then a year

After 1 year of ownership my water dispenser stopped/failed to bring water up from 5gallon jug.

Works amazing and not oversized either.

Sleek design, very quiet and its a bottom load.

This is what I was looking for, I found it very hard using the water dispenser that was top loaded.

Only lasted 1 year, then started freezing up water.

Easy to connect the water. Simple as connecting the water line instead of flipping a heavy jug over & not spilling it. Love it

Worked well, kept water cold and dispensed hot fast, but died exactly 2 years to the date it was bought. It's a disposable appliance.
