easy to set up following the instructions (plug-in to the electrical outlet, put in the water container, run the water through the system, turn on the night-light... etc.). it can accommodate 4-gallon or 5-gallon water container. Hot water is hot enough for tea or instant coffee. Very convenient and quick access to hot and cool drinking water.

This Primo water dispenser checks all box. The 5-Gal jug is loaded from the bottom, so no more lifting heavy water jug. It is quiet and the pump works excellent. The nightlight adds a nice blue glow to the room. Why rent a machine when you flat out own your own. This was a great investment!

I love it. This dispenser was bought as a replacement of a rental from a water delivery company. Same brand, same great quality.

Nice water cooler. Really needs a taller dispenser area for 40 ounce water tumblers like a Stanley.

Had to buy a new cooler since the one I purchased 3 months ago stopped working (different store and different brand).This new cooler isn't noisy when running. Water is very hot and very cold which i appreciate. I've had a primo water cooler before when I subscribed to their water delivery service. Always loved their coolers. Very happy with my purchase.

Reasonable price, nice looking design and it’s quiet when dispensing water. The down size is the two water dispensers are too low compare to the dispenser that we rented, same manufacturer. Another downside is that if you have your water delivery, it’s a hassle because you have to remove the entire cap to insert the suction spout. Also, the door is a little difficult to open because it doesn’t have a slot that gives you a better grip to open.

Cold is is room temperature and not cold. I had an older top load primo water dispenser before this where the cold water was so cold I sometimes added some hot water just to drink it. Now with this one, I have to put water in the freezer to get it to a cold temperature. I may end up returning it.

My husband bought one unit without any issues. Recommended it to my son and it turned out to be a horrible experience. My son literally had to go to the store 5 times because each unit was damaged. I called Headquarters and filed a complaint. As of today no one has reached out. Horrible experience!!! I would never recommend this product.

Husband wanted, I did not due to previous ownership of earlier models of same brand/item that did not hold up at all. Pump and heating/cooling elements go out (stop working) as early as 1 week. Maximum we've had before having to buy another is a year to the day. I'm trying to be hopeful on this newer model. Lots of plastic, fake metal, noisy pump after about 2 weeks. I have Sam's Plus membership and will return if/when it fails. I'll be surprised/thrilled if it doesn't.
