The water stream is very robust quickly filling my 30 oz container, much more so than a previous Promo dispenser. No ozone sanitizer feature like my old one. Cold temp is ideal. I haven't used the hot.

Love my Primo bottom loading water dispenser. Bottom loading is so much easier than hoisting a huge jug of water up to a top loading dispenser. The water is cold, fresh and delicious, and I know it's free of nitrates and other contaminants that my local water supply can't take care of.

Great tasting cold water that is more affordable than small water bottles stored in the fridge and a ton of empty bottles going to recycle, Refilling 4 gallon bottles is easy and less challenging than handling 5 gallon size

Sams delivered the cooler one day after ordering; it came well packaged and after about 15 minutes I had the unit in place and waiting for the cooler function to get to work. I gave it two hours and the water was already cold. By the way it is the easiest bottom loader to get the 5-gallon bottles in and out. Well after a month of use I would recommend this Primo Dispenser!

Love It!!! When I first set up the dispenser, of course there was a little bit of noise but that’s expected with the hot / cold water being generated. I love the night light, it doesn’t drip and although I do not have young children / grandchildren the safety latch is awesome. Product is a great size fits just about anywhere!

This Primo water dispenser checks all box. The 5-Gal jug is loaded from the bottom, so no more lifting heavy water jug. It is quiet and the pump works excellent. The nightlight adds a nice blue glow to the room. Why rent a machine when you flat out own your own. This was a great investment!

Had to buy a new cooler since the one I purchased 3 months ago stopped working (different store and different brand).This new cooler isn't noisy when running. Water is very hot and very cold which i appreciate. I've had a primo water cooler before when I subscribed to their water delivery service. Always loved their coolers. Very happy with my purchase.

Reasonable price, nice looking design and it's quiet when dispensing water. The down size is the two water dispensers are too low compare to the dispenser that we rented, same manufacturer. Another downside is that if you have your water delivery, it's a hassle because you have to remove the entire cap to insert the suction spout. Also, the door is a little difficult to open because it doesn't have a slot that gives you a better grip to open.

Husband wanted, I did not due to previous ownership of earlier models of same brand/item that did not hold up at all. Pump and heating/cooling elements go out (stop working) as early as 1 week. Maximum we've had before having to buy another is a year to the day. I'm trying to be hopeful on this newer model. Lots of plastic, fake metal, noisy pump after about 2 weeks. I have Sam's Plus membership and will return if/when it fails. I'll be surprised/thrilled if it doesn't.

My husband bought one unit without any issues. Recommended it to my son and it turned out to be a horrible experience. My son literally had to go to the store 5 times because each unit was damaged. I called Headquarters and filed a complaint. As of today no one has reached out. Horrible experience!!! I would never recommend this product.
