Had to buy a new cooler since the one I purchased 3 months ago stopped working (different store and different brand). This new cooler isn't noisy when running. Water is very hot and very cold which i appreciate. I've had a primo water cooler before when I subscribed to their water delivery service. Always loved their coolers. Very happy with my purchase.

Reasonable price, nice looking design and it's quiet when dispensing water. The down size is the two water dispensers are too low compare to the dispenser that we rented, same manufacturer. Another downside is that if you have your water delivery, it's a hassle because you have to remove the entire cap to insert the suction spout. Also, the door is a little difficult to open because it doesn't have a slot that gives you a better grip to open.

My husband bought one unit without any issues. Recommended it to my son and it turned out to be a horrible experience. My son literally had to go to the store 5 times because each unit was damaged. I called Headquarters and filed a complaint. As of today no one has reached out. Horrible experience!!! I would never recommend this product.

Great tasting cold water that is more affordable than small water bottles stored in the fridge and a ton of empty bottles going to recycle, Refilling 4 gallon bottles is easy and less challenging than handling 5 gallon size

Excellent. Ready to use. Works great.

So glad to have this bottom loading water dispenser! Easy to use, very cold. Don't have to enable the hot side until we want to.

From the moment we got it, it didn't seem to cool very well. I thought maybe it was just not as good as others. Over the months it was hit and miss if the water was cool and now it just doesn't cool at all. It's been less than a year. I reached out to warranty and they've been no help at all to replace it. Do not recommend this product

Bad equipment. Will be returning for loud vibrating noise when pump is filling from water bottle.

Works very well. Water is hot enough to make tea also cold enough you can drink it without ice. Not having to pick up bottle is awesome.

I love it. This dispenser was bought as a replacement of a rental from a water delivery company. Same brand, same great quality.
