Sales person lied straight up. Also found out it's Pure Life water they try to give people. It's nasty. What idiot bottles filtered Phoenix AZ water? Nestle. That's who. These people sell it. They don't care about providing quality water or decent customer service. Supervisors are useless overall. One called me at 6:40am! This is the second machine we have purchased from Primo and the current machine is having the same issue. The cold water side stops dispensing water. You do everything they say to fix it and it doesn't work. It is just awful and a true waste of money.

easy to set up following the instructions (plug-in to the electrical outlet, put in the water container, run the water through the system, turn on the night-light... etc.). it can accommodate 4-gallon or 5-gallon water container. Hot water is hot enough for tea or instant coffee. Very convenient and quick access to hot and cool drinking water.

Cold is is room temperature and not cold. I had an older top load primo water dispenser before this where the cold water was so cold I sometimes added some hot water just to drink it. Now with this one, I have to put water in the freezer to get it to a cold temperature. I may end up returning it.

Reasonable price, nice looking design and it's quiet when dispensing water. The down size is the two water dispensers are too low compare to the dispenser that we rented, same manufacturer. Another downside is that if you have your water delivery, it's a hassle because you have to remove the entire cap to insert the suction spout. Also, the door is a little difficult to open because it doesn't have a slot that gives you a better grip to open.

Sams delivered the cooler one day after ordering; it came well packaged and after about 15 minutes I had the unit in place and waiting for the cooler function to get to work. I gave it two hours and the water was already cold. By the way it is the easiest bottom loader to get the 5-gallon bottles in and out. Well after a month of use I would recommend this Primo Dispenser!

So glad to have this bottom loading water dispenser! Easy to use, very cold. Don't have to enable the hot side until we want to.

So far this has been an excellent addition to the office. It is the subject of water cooler talk on its own! Great option for an office without a kitchen or clean potable water supply.

I like the size and the bottom loading. I was a little disappointed with the water temperature. I would have preferred it just a little hotter and a little colder.

To have either hot or cold, pure, clean water is so nice! Easy to use and fill water bottles. Hot water is convenient for tea drinkers. Our whole family loves it!
