Works very well. Water is hot enough to make tea also cold enough you can drink it without ice. Not having to pick up bottle is awesome.

The first one I got was damaged but Sams exchanged it no problem and I am happy with my purchase. Works as expected. Although we do not have primo water in our area so we have to use local gallons and water but that's ok.

Keeps great temp for hot and cold

bought it on January 2025 now is June/2025 and the unit is getting ice in the back around the coil, the blue bottom for cold water is hard not able to push it, called Primo help center they said they need an invoice and pictures to replace it, it has a warranty of one year, this was manufactured on June 2024

This is the second machine we have purchased from Primo and the current machine is having the same issue. The cold water side stops dispensing water. You do everything they say to fix it and it doesn't work. It is just awful and a true waste of money.

Sales person lied straight up. Also found out it's Pure Life water they try to give people. It's nasty. What idiot bottles filtered Phoenix AZ water? Nestle. That's who. These people sell it. They don't care about providing quality water or decent customer service. Supervisors are useless overall. One called me at 6:40am! This is what I was looking for, I found it very hard using the water dispenser that was top loaded.

Love not having to lift the bottled water and having hot water.

Sleek design, very quiet and its a bottom load.

Works amazing and not oversized either.
