I love that it's a bottom loader

Quiet, easy to use, and amazing how cold or hot the water comes out immediately

Water dispenser is nice & works well but they do not carry the water for it, you have to outsource.

Too Loud. Dispensation tab is too short, cup slips off easily.

The water doesn't even get cold. It's only room temperature. You would be better using a different brand. I might go back to getting bottled water %26 putting it in the fridge because at least that gets cold. The delivery people from the company are horrible too. They didn't call or buzz my door %26 instead rescheduled %26 said they didn't have access. The next day they didn't call or buzz the door either but when my child came home, she said the water was in the hallway, which I didn't know because they didn't even knock on my door. This service in general is horrible

We bought this because the water in our town isn't great and I was tired of buying small bottles of water. Great decision! Less waste, cheaper, and more convienent. The unit works great, no issues. Water sits at the bottom and you just stick the pump end into the water bottle. No issues; on about my 10th bottle of water. Hot is hot and cold is cold. Switches to disable either.

Very happy with the water dispenser, love the fact that I can have tea very quickly.

Poorly made the pieces on very top don't line up and you have to clothes the door carefully/not line up well.

I love it. This dispenser was bought as a replacement of a rental from a water delivery company. Same brand, same great quality.
