I love it. This dispenser was bought as a replacement of a rental from a water delivery company. Same brand, same great quality.

The first one I got was damaged but Sams exchanged it no problem and I am happy with my purchase. Works as expected. Although we do not have primo water in our area so we have to use local gallons and water but that's ok.

I love how easily it is to set up and replace each jug even for my kid. I like that it has both hot and cold for every occasion, but my favorite feature is the night light

All in all the dispenser is great! Reason I'm giving it one star is because the system that pulls water into the reservoir is LOUD. Had it for about 30 days before it started making a really loud clicking noise when it turns on and we have to talk louder or turn the TV up to hear over it.

Ordered this online on May 4th said I would get it on the 7th my other item came on May 8th! Primo Water® Bottom Loading Pro 2 Temp Water Dispenser was never delivered! tried to get a refund, talked to chat service said they would let me know within 48-72 hours! Needless to say today is May 18 2026 still no answer no refund no product! But my cc got charged and didn't receive my product! There call center %23 to Home office is a overseas call center and was told today that I would get a ticket in and a refund would take 24-48 hours to show up! Word to the wise go to the store and purchase this product Don't buy online!!!!!

Very nice product. Easy to set up. Very attractive design. Affordable price.

bought it on January 2025 now is June/2025 and the unit is getting ice in the back around the coil, the blue bottom for cold water is hard not able to push it, called Primo help center they said they need an invoice and pictures to replace it, it has a warranty of one year, this was manufactured on June 2024

Easy to setup and use. Keeps the water cold. We do not use the hot side here.
