Keeps great temp for hot and cold

The product is very poor quality

Easy to setup and use. Keeps the water cold. We do not use the hot side here.

Great water machine. Water gets really cold and water gets really hot. Yes I recommend it.

We've had this water dispenser for about. month and no issues. We love it.

Lasted 2 1/2 years total then died suddenly. No warning. I tried the recommended fixes such as unplugging it for 2 1/2 hours because of a supposed engine freeze. Lol! Nope it died.

I purchased the same manufacturer thinking it will have the same results. This model does not give cold water as cold as Model Primo 601292. I was disappointed and returned the item.

Worked great for a while. Now it freezes due to a thermostat issue. Customer support says they don't offer any type of parts or repairs. Their suggestion is to buy another one

Sam's Club stopped carrying the water bottles for these about 3 weeks ago. Now we are forced to go over to Menard's to get them. It is more than disappointing that Sam's stopped carrying these less than 3 months after we purchased our water dispenser from them.
