Hot and cold water at my finger tips, easy loading! What's not to love

Started making loud noises around 9 months and then completely stopped cooling water at 13 months.

The first one I got was damaged but Sams exchanged it no problem and I am happy with my purchase. Works as expected. Although we do not have primo water in our area so we have to use local gallons and water but that's ok.

Worked great for a while. Now it freezes due to a thermostat issue. Customer support says they don't offer any type of parts or repairs. Their suggestion is to buy another one

Pretty cool so far

Love it.

Water Dispenser

great product

Two of them failed less then a year

This is what I was looking for, I found it very hard using the water dispenser that was top loaded.
