Looks great and ran perfect for almost 2 years. Then hot and cold water options went out and only good for room temp. Very disappointing.

My second as the first lost the pump after a couple of years of everyday use. I was shocked to find it substantially cheaper at Lowes.

We bought the 5 gallon dispenser about one month ago. It was shipped, arrived undamaged, and was easy to set up. We use it for drinking water, plant watering, tea, oatmeal, and other cooking. We avoid consuming the hard city water as much as possible. It is situated between the kitcgen/dining/living room. With a few stainless appliances and wrought iron furnishings, it looks perfectly in its place. Highly recommend.

My husband bought this home 5 yrs ago. My daughter had been involved in an accident, so when he bought our 5 cases of water he bought 5 for her & took to her. When he bought our water cooler he bought one for her. We love this I especially love the bottom loading & instant hot water for my am tea.

Why are you selling this after you have stopped selling its water bottles?

Lasted 3 years then kept freezing the cold water up, storage tank block of ice.
