I am a very picky vacuum snob. Bought this stick vac 3 weeks ago & haven't regretted it at all. This is in addition to our Shark Pro full size vacuum, which I love (have owned it 4 years, easy to get parts if something breaks). I have owned a couple Dyson's, and feel the Shark product is significantly better at a much lower cost. This stick vacuum is light, has good suction & is well designed. Does a fantastic job at quick "touch-ups" around the house on both tile & carpet floors. Excellent price from Sam's Club.

It worked great the first time I used it. The second time the head got clogged(with basically saw dust), I cleared it and still it wouldn't pick up even after 5 passes. I returned it. Just a heads up if you buy it online and have it shipped to you once you start the return process online you have 72 hours to drop it off at fedex.
