I had no expectations as to what this vacuum could do. I have a newly built small modular house that I have only lived in for 18 months. I have had weekly paid housecleaning since I moved in, plus a robot vacuum. My pets have medium hair. In the first 20 minutes of use I filled the dust cup. I quickly dropped it into the trash and kept going, and in another 5 minutes, it was half filled again. I either need to fire my house cleaning service or give them better tools!! It doesn't stand on its own, so... Lean it against the wall. It has a cord. Good, I don't want to stop, I'll just switch outlets if I run out of cord. I read on other reviews that the suction was so good it pulled in stuff from outside its own footprint. It actually did. This is a legit little machine. If you can get it on the current good sale, DO IT!

I really like the Shark corded stick vacuum. It has two power settings, a great light that helps show dust and dirt. I think it has pretty good suction. Much better suction than cordless vacuums. I’ve owned two different Dyson vacuums over 20 years and I think the Shark vacuums are comparable. They all have powerful suction and work well. I stopped buying Dyson because the last one I had kept breaking.

My favorite vacuum! I've bought several of these for my home and my office and have given several as gifts. I do however wait until they are on sale! They were regularly priced at $129.00 I think when I bought my first one several years ago on sale for $99.99. So I don't want to pay more than $99.00 now either! I do not care for the cordless version, as it does not last long enough to do my entire house on the charge.

This Vacuum is probably the best we’ve ever had! The suction is excellent. It’s easy to handle. Great for doing carpeted stairs. The pile on our rugs now stands up after vacuuming.No bags to purchase. We bought the corded one so we didn’t have to deal with charging a battery or replacing it.

This vacuum is great and light. Bought the one with a cord vs the battery powered because, in my opinion, it has more power than the battery operated and I don't have to worry about battery losing power as the battery needs recharging. The swivel head and lightness make it easier to handle since I have osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. My back does not ache as it does with my regular vacuum.

This little vacuum has lots of suction and is lightweight. It finds more dirt than you think is there! And the floor head detaches easily so you can reach a cobweb in the corner of the ceiling as you go. Easily dump the dirt every time I use it. Very handy.

Nice vacuum. Got a chance to use it today but had it for a few weeks. I like the ability to remove the top to use as a hand vacuum. Comes in handy to vacuum the dirt and leaves from underneath the hood of my car. Collected dirt on my enclosed porch rug I didn’t know was there until I emptied the container.

This is a decent vacuum and has very good power %26 suction. It has both a pre- and a post- motor air filter to trap fine dirt/dust particles, preventing them from clogging the vacuum or being re-released into the air. It's a bonus that the filters are washable. The the powered floor attachment has two modes: "Mode I" slows down the roller brush for bare floors to prevent scattering debris everywhere. "Mode II" increases the roller brush speed and really helps deep clean carpets %26 rugs. It's pretty easy to clean the roller brush using scissors to remove any hair or string that gets wound around it. I also appreciate the bright LED headlights built into the floor tool, as well as the hand vacuum itself. Emptying the dust cup is fast %26 easy. The cup detaches easily and allows you to dump the contents without getting your hands dirty. I chose this corded stick model because of it's maneuverability to reach under furniture (vs. an upright style). I also didn't want to hassle with recharging batteries or to figure out how to dispose of them responsibly when they no longer hold a charge. As for storage, some reviews mention that it falls over if it's not leaned against a wall. In the instruction manual it shows how easy it is disconnect the hand vacuum from the wand and use the hanger on the back of the unit to hang it on the built-in hook at the base of the wand (I've attached the image from the manufacturer's website). Voila! This redistributes the weight and allows the vacuum to stand upright by itself. No wall needed. It comes with three attachments: a hose with a small detail brush, a crevice tool, and an upholstery tool. However, there's no onboard storage for these attachments (sold separately), so I just used one of the plastic bags from the box it was packed in to hang it from the wand when the vacuum's not in use. Overall, this is a very nice quality vacuum for the price. Minus one star for the lack of onboard tool storage, but I would definitely purchase again.

This vacuum is nice and has very good suctioning power. It's very easy to clean. The reason I only have it 3 stars is because you cannot store the additional pieces on it and, more importantly, the vacuum does not stand up by itself. As soon as you take your hand away (to pick up a cord or move a rug, for instance, the vacuum falls over. You have to lean it up against a wall.
