Canister is extremely small, extremely top heavy, will not stand by itself. The piece that attaches to the wall to hold the vacuum upright during storage is sold separately. If you have ladies in your house that shed hair, the hair wraps around the small filter in the canister and creates suction problems, needing additional dumplings of the canister. Also the bristles on the roller are like Velcro, vacuumed one room and had to cut all the hair off each bristle cluster because you could not just pull it off. I have owned many shark products and to say I am disappointed with this product is an understatement.

The vacuum is light, easy to maneuver and does an incredible job on long pile carpets. I was less than impressed with having to separate the vacuum or lay it on the ground whenever I stop to move a chair or paused cleaning to move the cord to another outlet (a longer cord would be a plus). The vacuum does work on tile, but not real good with pet hair... tends to push it around a bit before actually removing it from the floors. I thought since it plugged in instead of relying on batteries, it would have more suction than it does. It's a bit on the noisier side, but after all, it's a vacuum so it's going to be loud. Overall, great vacuum for carpets with deep pile. Not great for homes with pets that shed and tile/wood floors in my experience.

I really like the Shark corded stick vacuum. It has two power settings, a great light that helps show dust and dirt. I think it has pretty good suction. Much better suction than cordless vacuums. I've owned two different Dyson vacuums over 20 years and I think the Shark vacuums are comparable. They all have powerful suction and work well. I stopped buying Dyson because the last one I had kept breaking.

Gets the job done. The basket is smaller than a Dyson so you have to empty it out more often. The attachments are easy to use and gets into every crevice. There is a high pitch noise that is annoying… so maybe wear headphones and listen to music while vacuuming.

My third Shark Rocket. It’s so agile around corners and furniture. Sucks up everything on hard floors and carpets. Love seeing how much dirt I capture when I empty the dust bin. Lightweight, compact, easy to use and clean. I do prefer the Shark with the power fins as they prevent long hair from wrapping around the power brush, but this vacuum was $80 less and works just as well. Highly recommend.

This vacuum is great and light. Bought the one with a cord vs the battery powered because, in my opinion, it has more power than the battery operated and I don't have to worry about battery losing power as the battery needs recharging. The swivel head and lightness make it easier to handle since I have osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. My back does not ache as it does with my regular vacuum.

This is my second shark stick vacuum and I love this one even more than the old one. The power is much stronger and it works great! I have 6 dogs 2 of which shed and all of which like to track in on occasion. This vacuum does a wonderful job and I use it a few times a day. The new air filtration scent disc is a nice addition although I don’t really notice the scent, but as long as it does it’s job then it really doesn’t matter to me, and it definitely does a wonderful job. Another powerful shark product.

I love my new shark vacuum. I was looking for cordless and have been shopping around and reading reviews. I ended up going for the corded since I read reviews that the cordless”s suction isn't as great and the battery life isn't very long. I've had my vacuum over 3 months and it's still got great suction. When I turn it on it pulls itself almost. I've had momentous types of vacuums and they all get clogged really easily wihh the in the first 2 months. I found a keeper. I like all the hand attachments and they're easy to use. The long hose attachment doesn't have as great suction but all the rest do so I'd say that's a 4.5 outta 5. Great buy for less then $150.

This vacuum is nice and has very good suctioning power. It's very easy to clean. The reason I only have it 3 stars is because you cannot store the additional pieces on it and, more importantly, the vacuum does not stand up by itself. As soon as you take your hand away (to pick up a cord or move a rug, for instance, the vacuum falls over. You have to lean it up against a wall.

This little vacuum has lots of suction and is lightweight. It finds more dirt than you think is there! And the floor head detaches easily so you can reach a cobweb in the corner of the ceiling as you go. Easily dump the dirt every time I use it. Very handy.
