Excellent Vacuum

I ordered one back in Feb or March and I just love it. I had been using a Kenmore canister. Honestly, this vac makes vacuuming easy...I hate dragging around the canister, though I still love all Kenmore products and reliability. I ordered a 2nd one so I have a separate one for my "dog" room. Excellent vacuum!

Stopped working after only a fee uses

It stopped working after a month and a half, and then of course, after one month you can’t return it.

Overheats after 30 min of use

I had an older version of this vacuum that I had for several years. When it broke, I bought this latest version. Unfortunately, less than a year in and this vacuum is overheating after 30 mins, the red light comes on, and it stops vacuuming. I have never had this issue with my previous Shark. So maybe it is a defective unit. Since it's less than a year old, I'll try to return it.

This IS NOT about the vacuum Its the shipment service from Walmart Severn maryland location instructions were noted to take a picture of the drop off location or call.NONE of this happen. As soon as I got the delivery alert. I went searching came up empty handed. Why do Sam's club shipping services is great and Walmart supposedly be a part of Sam's shipping services are the opposite wouldn't you think they should follow the same shipping process. Have anyone had this experience. Write a review about Walmart shipping services Maybe Walmart should rethink their shipping procedures
