Annoying it doesn’t stand up on its own, but very lightweight and power doesn’t leave anything to be desired. Container is relatively small, so have to dump often, but easy to do. We’ve owned about a year now and no issues.

I bought this vacuum on a whim because I didn’t want to purchase replacement parts for my Dyson that was $800. This by far was the best little vacuum I have ever bought!

Love shark vacuum. Liked that it was lightweight and had a light. Unfortunately the plug wouldn’t stay in the outlet. No matter where I plugged it in that. Contacted Shark and the replacement out of stock.

False Advertising! Fake instruction on how to clean brush! Customer service back pedaled every direction they provided to "open" the cover to clean the brush. 1st it was the bottom cover, next the top clear cover followed by it doesn't open.

I have to say that I love this little vacuum. I has really good suction. It gets underneath things that most vacuums don’t. I love all of the different attachments it comes with. Makes my cleaning so much easier.

This is a great light-weight vacuum.Easy to use. My only problem is the foot press disengages and I will need to press it with my foot again, I like it a lot!

This is my first stick vacuum. I have two golden retrievers who shed a lot. I feel the vacuum does a good job of cleaning. I do particularly like that I can open the brush roll area and clean out the hair that sticks to the roller.

It takes about 5 passes to get one small area cleaned. As a disabled person I look for things to make my life easier. And my families life easier. But this is not it.

says it's marketed for pet owners yet doesn't even survive semi-regular vacuuming of a ~800sqft apartment with one husky. not bad, but not good enough for what I needed

This vacuum has worked great for us, we have a mix of hardwood and rugs. Cord is long. I never saw laying it down to move locations as a detractor until I read other reviews but it has not been a problem. Great little vacuum.
