Straight out of the box, the roller brush does not work. Tried everything and the only conclusion i can come to is that it's not getting power from the head to the bottom section. Shark needs to pay more attention to their quality control.

I researched like mad before buying this bad boy and it does not disappoint. I have two dogs and a cat and live in the forest, so our floor is always sandy and furry. The Ninja Shark Rocket is super easy to maneuver and quickly picks up all the chaos on our floor, including little wood bits from loading the wood stove. I recommend it for all smaller spaces!

Good pick-up and does the job but doesn’t stand upright! Safety issue if you have small pets or young children as it is very heavy. Resting it on anything or laying it on the floor can be dangerous. I’ve never in my 50 + years of using vacuums encountered this issue.

I have not received the Shark vacuum as of yet. I have been waiting for 2 weeks and have yet to speak to someone who can help. I have called numerous times to find resolution and have been told to continue to wait because the order is under investigation. Today I was notified that I only had 72 hours to report any issues with my order and there is nothing Sam’s can do. This is VERY dissatisfying from such a large organization such as Sam’s.

1. Bought mine in April 2025. 2. Love this vaccuum. 3..Light weight 4. Easy to empty collection cup. 5. New feature of a scent release. Very nice but not needed for function. 6. Love the bright orange color. I have used these vaccuums for many years and depending on the size of my house I may have a couple around. These are on sale again. I will buy another just to have on hand.
