This was great purchase. Light weight, easy to take up and down stairs. Love the way it maneuvers around hard to reach places. I had a cordless Dyson and was worried about dealing with a cord attachment and it is not an issue.

I sent it back. It does not stand up by itself I stub my toe running for it before it fell to the floor. If it keeps falling everything is going to break on it. Very poor design. Tha bucket for dirt is small. I only buy shark, this was a disappointment.

Recently purchased on Prime day. Plugged in and the LED lights in the lower brush assembly do not come on. I had registered the product and called the Warranty dept. They told me the lower brush assembly is not covered. I told him I just plugged it in. The 5 year warranty states nothing about the lower brush assembly.

I bought thinking it was great because it was Dlx. Well hair wraps around the motor and you can't get to it to clean it resulting in a vacuum that no longer works. Foolishly I didn't register my product thinking it'd last longer than ONE YEAR and I was wrong. So I'm left with replacing it.

From the start I hated this machine! I’ve been a loyal shark customer for 20+ years. I have several shark products that have been fantastic! This vacuum I had expected to be another awesome purchase. It was so not!! Cheap materials, poor suction overall a piece of junk. After my first use I packed it up and returned the next day! I can’t express what a disappointment this was! Shark please discontinue this vacuum it is a deep mar on your product line!! Hate it! Beyond disappointing!

There are 2 things I don't like about the Rocket. First, the hair gets really bound up around the roller. I have to cut it off after each use. Second, the Rocket can not stand up on it's own. It falls over. You can store it by taking the motor part off and putting it on the hook which isn't bad but when you are using it the falling over part is bad. If you try to pick something up to vacuum, it can fall over. I always lay mine on the floor. Third, the filters get filled up fast which does mean it is picking stuff up. It does have good suction for a small vacuum and the price is fair. I would not buy one with out the anti hair wrap feature.

It seems to be more powerful than my earlier model but it seems to be twice as loud also. They saved money by shortening the cord. I had to add a 6 foot extension cord to reach the same places I did with the older model. The dust collector is easier to empty.

While I've been using Shark vacuums for years, this vacuum was definitely not on the same level as the others I've owned. The suction is horrible. You have to run it over dirt/crumbs more than once for it to pick it up. It makes a horrible sound every time you pull it back towards you. If I were able to return this and purchase a different vacuum I would because I dislike it so much. I'm not wasting the money I spent on it though so I'll tolerate it until it dies but would never recommend this vacuum to anyone! Also liked having the hairless technology on the previous Shark vacuum that I didn't have to clean the hair from the roller. The roller on this vacuum is not removable, so you have to cut hair/strings that wrap around the roller and then pull it off. I would still recommend Shark products in general, but if you're looking for a small vacuum, I would definitely steer clear of this one. Not worth the money!

This vacuum has seriously strong suction—it picks up everything, even from carpets and tight corners. It makes cleaning feel effortless. The only downside is the price. It’s definitely an investment, but if you’re looking for power and performance, it delivers
