Picks up really good.

This is my second Rocket. I love my rocket, it's easy and light to use and it cleans excellent. Everyone at the Rocket company are learned, professional and patient.

If all you want to vacuum is dog/cat/people hair, this isn't a bad choice. Even though the cord is too short. It won't touch rock salt, crumbs, paper, paper clips, wood chips and anything else bigger than a pinkie nail

This is a big improvement over the last shark duo pet sticker vac I had. It seems self propelled, has more attachments and picked up so much dust and hair (after just vacuuming with my Dyson). I like that the cyclone section is separate and hair and dirt are no longer wrapper around it.

Metal band on handle shocks you when it is plugged in. I can’t believe there are no other reviews stating this. We bought it today, plugged it in to vacuum the carpet and it immediately started shocking me. Faulty and poor quality control to have a product that electric shocks its customers and there is no way to get around touching the metal band on the handle. We will be returning this product and will not buy another shark vacuum.

I was hesitant because it looked a little small. I'm glad I purchased it. I have long hair German Shepards and tend to go through vacuums often. It's very powerful, the hand held works great getting the fur off of the couch too. The cord is very long and helps when going around the house. If you ever struggled with constant clogs in all of the curves in the hose of your old vacuum, you're going to love not having that problem anymore.

I bought this 3 months ago. I have had many of these upright shark powerheads over the years. This one picks up dirt on the forward push and then drops it off on the back pull. I could deal with that even though it seriously angers me, but, I cannot deal with the fact that this model does not disassemble to assess and clean the head. I need to use a screwdriver?!!! Seriously!??? really crappy, Shark

I bought this vacumn less than a year ago. Suction is adequate. Easy to maneuver. The terrible thing about it is the cord is constantly tangled and kinked up.You can’t even untangle it and it kinks right up. I’ve never had a cord this bad and it sits in a warm house. Would not recommend it, maybe others don’t have this problem and I just got a bad cord?

I don't like that hair wraps around the roller Everytime I use it. then I have to get scissors to remove it all from the roller. and we only have 1 medium hair cat and 2 people with longer hair. like that it's light weight. it's definitely too heavy and will fall off over so you have to detach the top everytime for storage

I got it as a replacement to a broken one. I like it but really did like my other one. The orange one. I’m grateful and very happy with the free replacement, don’t want to sound in grateful just feel like like the other one a little better. But thank you all so so much.
