The vacuum shaft is partially blocked all the way up which hinders the vacuum ability. the filter has such a fine screen that it clogs up the screen and never even makes it to the Max fill dirt storage area. it appears to me that the slot that allows the dirt and particles to go into the Max fill area is not big enough and traps the dirt in the screen making me have to dump it every 5 minutes. it is heavy on your wrist. The exhaust is blowing right into your face. so unless you're a bald man with strong wrists and no pets and no kids, then this vacuum is not for you. I wouldn't take this vacuum for free. very unhappy. One good thing about it is the lights I can see very well with it. I can see where it isn't working. what I am missing.

I have not received the Shark vacuum as of yet. I have been waiting for 2 weeks and have yet to speak to someone who can help. I have called numerous times to find resolution and have been told to continue to wait because the order is under investigation. Today I was notified that I only had 72 hours to report any issues with my order and there is nothing Sam’s can do. This is VERY dissatisfying from such a large organization such as Sam’s.

Respectfully, this “vacuum” doesn’t even deserve a single star. Let me tell you why. First of all it’s like operating a broken shopping cart, and that just makes me want to die. Also who in their right mind makes a corded stick vacuum?? This vacuum made me hot and bothered within a whopping 10 seconds. Imagine. I’m really not even mad, just disappointed. Actually no I am really mad and will be throwing this vacuum in the trash where it belongs. You guys honestly made me question my existence and for that you should be ashamed of yourself. I really thought Christmas this year would be different, thanks a lot. ✌🏿

1. Sam's club has one of the worst delivery services! unboxed goods with another buyer's name and address attached, tossed against my garage door! 2. As nice as this Shark Vacuum seemed, it came with some attachments. The narrow long tube that were supposedly held by a clip on the main shaft of the vacuum. This unit doesn't come with it and you need to buy it optionally for a freaking holder which came with all the older models! Am I suppose to carry the attachments nowadays in my back pocket? They must've learned from Apple. This could have easily been a 4 star!

I really liked the vacuum cleaner. Assembly is simple, no mystery there. The suction is really strong, picking up dust, hair, and heavy dirt effortlessly. It's lightweight, easy to handle, and the design helps reach tricky corners. The cord could be a little longer, but overall it delivers very well on its promises.

I’ve had this vacuum for over a year now and it’s a good vacuum, sometimes the cord gets tangled or in the way but that is the sacrifice I’m willing to make for better suction. Make sure you clean the filters for better suction, you will notice a difference if it’s been awhile since it’s last cleaning. Also, I have recently been trying to find accessories for it, i.e. flexible extension hose and long brush tip for larger areas other than the tiny tip one that comes with it. But I haven’t been able to find anything like these officially from Shark. I fond other accessories but what I’m looking for. Bummer!

I love this vacuum, the belt has never broke ! I'm on my second one I'm still kept the old one for my second level, no bags... Good suction I love the way it comes apart super easy for hard to reach places You don't even have to walk away You just put your foot on the base push a button pull and you're good

Did not care for this particular vacuum, I had a different Shark vacuum I really like HV392.. This one is too loud, and not as powerful as I thought it would be.The vacuum does not have the suction i would think it would have Not Happy with the performance.

I use this vacuum on tile and area rugs varying in thickness from thin and washable to a thick and plush. Cons: -doesn't stand upright on it's own when the Handheld Vacuum is in place during floor use -dust collection cup is on the smaller side. I empty it several times to ensure it doesn't overfill. -brush roller may stop on thick rugs/carpet Pros: -long cord -great suction power -low profile brush roller unit makes it easy to get in between and under furniture -head light greatly assist in seeing debris to be vacuumed -brush roller unit swivels easily and sharply with little effort -all parts attach/detach easily Overall, this vacuum works great for my house which is mainly tile and low pile rugs and it was affordable.

very lightweight, yet very powerful suction. Love it.
