Convenience of how it stores is the only positive I can say. I spend more time unclogging the hose and stick than I do vacuuming. When it doesn't clog, the canister needs to be emptied constantly (like every 2 minutes) and the vacuum isn't free standing so it is awkward to manage between trips to the trash bin. Suction is not good for a corded model (probably why it clogs all the time). Even disappointing when using the attachment directly with the motor. I have one dog so this vacuum should be suitable but after one year I am shopping for a replacement.

I use this vacuum on tile and area rugs varying in thickness from thin and washable to a thick and plush. Cons: -doesn't stand upright on it's own when the Handheld Vacuum is in place during floor use -dust collection cup is on the smaller side. I empty it several times to ensure it doesn't overfill. -brush roller may stop on thick rugs/carpet Pros: -long cord -great suction power -low profile brush roller unit makes it easy to get in between and under furniture -head light greatly assist in seeing debris to be vacuumed -brush roller unit swivels easily and sharply with little effort -all parts attach/detach easily Overall, this vacuum works great for my house which is mainly tile and low pile rugs and it was affordable.

Worked great at first but within 6 months had trouble with suction, at a year it is useless. Have tried thoroughly cleaning, checking for clogs, nothing works.

If all you want to vacuum is dog/cat/people hair, this isn't a bad choice. Even though the cord is too short. It won't touch rock salt, crumbs, paper, paper clips, wood chips and anything else bigger than a pinkie nail

Respectfully, this “vacuum” doesn’t even deserve a single star. Let me tell you why. First of all it’s like operating a broken shopping cart, and that just makes me want to die. Also who in their right mind makes a corded stick vacuum?? This vacuum made me hot and bothered within a whopping 10 seconds. Imagine. I’m really not even mad, just disappointed. Actually no I am really mad and will be throwing this vacuum in the trash where it belongs. You guys honestly made me question my existence and for that you should be ashamed of yourself. I really thought Christmas this year would be different, thanks a lot. ✌🏿

I love this vacuum, the belt has never broke ! I'm on my second one I'm still kept the old one for my second level, no bags... Good suction I love the way it comes apart super easy for hard to reach places You don't even have to walk away You just put your foot on the base push a button pull and you're good
