I really wanted to love this vacuum. its advertised as having an XL dust cup with powerful suction neither are true the dust cup is small and it struggled to suck up kitty litter. I was only able to vacuum 2 rooms and half a stair case befor it overheated. I checked for clogs there weren't any. I purchased it less than a week ago from sams club. the only good thing I have to say is sams club except the return no questions asked.

Love this vacuum! I’ve owned Shark products of all sorts for many years now, kitchen products, etc. In fact my previous Shark vacuum was still going strong after 6 years. I just wanted a new one. So I gave my old one away. This one hasn’t disappointed! It performs beautifully! Shark’s the one vacuum that does what it’s supposed to do extremely well, suck! It gets the finest dirt particles and all the pet hair, nothing is left behind! I use it every weekend, as I have a Shark Matrix for weekday cleaning. With three cats, a dog, and two teenagers, these things get a workout and never fail! Just clean the filters regularly and replace them as needed, and they’ll last. I replace the filters every three months but clean them in between as needed. The price for this at Sam’s was amazing too, we picked it up during one of their door buster sales. I was thrilled when my husband asked if I wanted it! I’ve owned one of those way more expensive brands that starts with a D in the distant past and I wasn’t impressed. It just didn’t compare to Shark. I’ll never buy a different brand, ever. Please keep making these great quality products, Shark, I’m a customer for life!

I love this upgrade to my older version of the Shark Rocket. It is more powerful than my older model. The only thing wrong with my older model was eventually the latch holding the bottom of the bucket for collecting dirt had the cotter pin come loose and it would not stay in place. Bought the newer version and they have made many upgrades. A more powerful light and a more powerful vacuum motor. All of the previous attachments I bought for the older model fit on the newer model however the extra filters I purchased do not fit on the newer model. So, I do not have to replace the expensive attachments. Additionally, I was able to purchase an additional vacuum motor which fits on my older vacuum stick, and I now have two excellent functioning vacuums. I keep one upstairs and one downstairs. I also sometimes keep one in handheld mode just for doing the stairs each week. I continue to recommend the Shark Rocket to my neighbors. I am a very satisfied customer.

I had no expectations as to what this vacuum could do. I have a newly built small modular house that I have only lived in for 18 months. I have had weekly paid housecleaning since I moved in, plus a robot vacuum. My pets have medium hair. In the first 20 minutes of use I filled the dust cup. I quickly dropped it into the trash and kept going, and in another 5 minutes, it was half filled again. I either need to fire my house cleaning service or give them better tools!! It doesn't stand on its own, so... Lean it against the wall. It has a cord. Good, I don't want to stop, I'll just switch outlets if I run out of cord. I read on other reviews that the suction was so good it pulled in stuff from outside its own footprint. It actually did. This is a legit little machine. If you can get it on the current good sale, DO IT!

i just got it but this is what I can say for now No place to put the attachments. Top heavy. Will not stand on its own - annoying when you need to move something. Should not have to purchase clips or wall mount seperately or take the top part off and put it in a slot. If that is a size XL dirt bin, I'd hate to see a S, M or L. This thing is small. Have to empty a lot. Does have good suction though because my floors didn't look bad at all but I'm dumping out that bin after every room. Nice long cord but the vacuum cleaner needs to be fully assembled to tie cord up and be careful because the bottom part is round with nothing to keep it from sliding off. Manueverability is great and it's pretty much self propelled. Turned it on and it wanted to take off. You don't have to fight too hard... The LED light on it is nice. Made it easier to see what I was doing on my (carpeted) steps - enclosed stairwell.

I bought this vacumn less than a year ago. Suction is adequate. Easy to maneuver. The terrible thing about it is the cord is constantly tangled and kinked up.You can’t even untangle it and it kinks right up. I’ve never had a cord this bad and it sits in a warm house. Would not recommend it, maybe others don’t have this problem and I just got a bad cord?

I was hesitant because it looked a little small. I'm glad I purchased it. I have long hair German Shepards and tend to go through vacuums often. It's very powerful, the hand held works great getting the fur off of the couch too. The cord is very long and helps when going around the house. If you ever struggled with constant clogs in all of the curves in the hose of your old vacuum, you're going to love not having that problem anymore.

This product is really good as someone that is very clean and like to keep my house clean I couldn't have gotten a better product for money. Suction is great and it's easy to clean and maintain. The fact that it has a nice design enabling it to get into tight spaces is also great.

1. Sam's club has one of the worst delivery services! unboxed goods with another buyer's name and address attached, tossed against my garage door! 2. As nice as this Shark Vacuum seemed, it came with some attachments. The narrow long tube that were supposedly held by a clip on the main shaft of the vacuum. This unit doesn't come with it and you need to buy it optionally for a freaking holder which came with all the older models! Am I suppose to carry the attachments nowadays in my back pocket? They must've learned from Apple. This could have easily been a 4 star!

I got it as a replacement to a broken one. I like it but really did like my other one. The orange one. I'm grateful and very happy with the free replacement, don't want to sound in grateful just feel like like the other one a little better. But thank you all so so much.
