I like that this vacuum is lightweight, great for small spaces, and is a good price. The suction is good, it's easy to empty, and you can get further under furniture %26 beds with it. That being said, you have to empty it a lot. I live in an 1120 sq ft apartment, and no longer have pets, but I have to dump the canister 2 to 3 times every time I clean. The hair wrapping (as another customer mentioned) around the brush is the worst I've ever seen. I dread having to vacuum because I have to pull it apart and cut the hair out pretty much every time I vacuum. I could probably get two cleanings out of it, but then it's harder to get the hair out. Also, using it as a handheld to clean furniture, stairs, etc is cumbersome. It's heavy and I end up using my old handheld. I bought this 6 months ago, when I moved from a house to an apartment, for the convenience the size would offer; but today I'm looking to buy another full sized vacuum because I need a vacuum I can just pull out of the closet and use without having to do maintenance on it before I can use it. This one is great for small, quick jobs, but for a full house cleaning, I do not recommend this product, it creates more work.

This stick works well, but it is so top heavy that it is hard for a older person to handle. And with several long haired grandchildren around, the brush gets jammed up with hair OFTEN. It takes scissors and a lot of patience to untangle the brushes.

After a year, it will eventual stop picking up. It's great the first few months but beware that this is not the most rugged or long lasting vacuum. Only good for small areas, 500 sq ft. The roller are always getting stuck with hair and the motor starts getting louder. The motor is sub-par.

This vacuum is amazing and specially cleaning the mattress padded cover that i always wash in the washer machine frequently…and mattresses too for those without the plastic cover on it. I always wash that cover and clean the mattress but I give it a try just few days after wash that padded cover and try with this vac and honestly I was speechless, everything looks clean until you try this vac. And for the floor is great how it swings side de by side without too much effort and less weight, great for people with carpal tunnel's problems. I like having the cordless, but corded and specially not having the stress about losing the charge is a Plus. The Cons, that it can't stand by itself, you need to leave it in the floor while cleaning, and to storage check the instructions, it's not that difficult like a lot of people complain about it, different way, yes, unless you use a bracket to put it in the wall but if not is just remove the handle and lock it to the front bottom. Not a big deal Recommended, Yes!

I received 1 month ago and it's a Terrific stick vac. I've had other cordless sticks the Dyson and an off brand and this Corded sick Beats them by a long shot. Super maneuverable and Sucktion is Excellent. I only wish the stick was a bit shorter as I'm 5'1” and the stick extends height of my armpit so that's bit uncomfortable n makes use a bit difficult. But I couldn't give it a 4.5 rating. Thanks Shark for always making the Best Vacuumcleaners for last 20 years !

This is my third Shark Rocked. I love that it has great suction and is easy to handle. I'm not crazy about the filters and that you have to clean them each time you use it. I also don't like that it is so top heavy. Like I said, this is my 3rd one so there is a lot more like than dislike.

i just got it but this is what I can say for now No place to put the attachments. Top heavy. Will not stand on its own - annoying when you need to move something. Should not have to purchase clips or wall mount seperately or take the top part off and put it in a slot. If that is a size XL dirt bin, I'd hate to see a S, M or L. This thing is small. Have to empty a lot. Does have good suction though because my floors didn't look bad at all but I'm dumping out that bin after every room. Nice long cord but the vacuum cleaner needs to be fully assembled to tie cord up and be careful because the bottom part is round with nothing to keep it from sliding off. Manueverability is great and it's pretty much self propelled. Turned it on and it wanted to take off. You don't have to fight too hard... The LED light on it is nice. Made it easier to see what I was doing on my (carpeted) steps - enclosed stairwell.

I really wanted to love this vacuum. its advertised as having an XL dust cup with powerful suction neither are true the dust cup is small and it struggled to suck up kitty litter. I was only able to vacuum 2 rooms and half a stair case befor it overheated. I checked for clogs there weren't any. I purchased it less than a week ago from sams club. the only good thing I have to say is sams club except the return no questions asked.

I'm a fan of shark vacuums. This is my 3rd purchase and the suction is still great. What i am noticing this time it's the roller getting tangled with hair. I've only used it 3 times and I've had to cut hair off the roller which i haven't had that issue with my others.

This product is really good as someone that is very clean and like to keep my house clean I couldn't have gotten a better product for money. Suction is great and it's easy to clean and maintain. The fact that it has a nice design enabling it to get into tight spaces is also great.
