Amazing pair of headphones
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pair of headphones are amazing, the quality of sound meets all of my expectations. The noise canceling is for real, once you have these headphones on you are in your own world. The battery charge lasts quite a long time. The design of the headphones is slick and modern, they look expensive. What more can you ask for, the product performs and looks great! Well worth every penny.

Great sound and fit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones sound great and fit great. This is my first pair of noise cancelling headphones, so I couldn't believe the difference in using these headphones. I really like the case for traveling and storage, all the pieces fit in it nicely. It comes with a charging cord, an airplane adapter and a cord to connect it to your phone or music device and works with bluetooth as well. They are adjustable, they have nice padding across the top of your head and around your ears. They power on easily and after setup they connect quickly with my android phone. They are very comfortable and able to be worn for hours of great listening. Thes Sony headphones are awesome and I have enjoyed using them and definitely say give them a try for yourself.

The absolute best!

Not only does music sound absolutely amazing with these but when listening to audio books you get completely immersed. Doesn’t take long to charge and a full charge lasts so long. I love the case you get with these so they won’t get damaged in you’re bag. Definitely recommend!!!

Great features
Purchased about a week ago and I’m overall satisfied. The sound quality doesn’t have that booming muddy bass feeling to it but the noise canceling is very effective and the overall quality is solid and crisp. They’re very comfortable and offer a strong selection of features and usability.

Great headphones

Sound is beyond perfect.really comfortable fit ,they don't hurt your ears at all.noise canceling is excellent. Really nice carrying case for them.really like the touch to pause feature. Really Good Headphones
The sound quality is amazing, easily the best headphones ive had. ive even started to use them for gaming and ive had them for a couple of months now. The price may run some ppl away but if you have enough to spend. go with something quality like this.
NEEDS some important software updates.
I got these for christmas back in 2020. early on these were wonderful, the sound quality is amazing, the touch controls were convenient, and the setup was simple and effective, HOWEVER there are some software features these NEED if i am to reccomend these to anyone. Speak to chat will turn on randomly even if i have the feature turned off in the app. The amount of times im watching content or listening to music only to have it stop because of this "feature" that i have TURNED OFF is infuriating. They also NEED to let us choose what touch controls WE WANT. I only personally care for the volume control and skip track features but there are multiple additional controls that i dont want to use. The extra controls would be nice IF they were optional but instead it's all or nothing. I would love to reccomend these to everyone but these issues make me hate using these things. Even just google searching the speak to chat issue brings up tons of forum posts and threads of people with the EXACT SAME ISSUES.

Your feedback about selecting specific touch functions is greatly appreciated. It unfortunate that the Speak-to-Chat function is not working properly. Make sure to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance. Resetting and initializing the headset may help resolve the issue: Resetting the headset -Press both the (power) button and the CUSTOM button simultaneously while charging. The headset will be reset. The device registration (pairing) information is not deleted. If the headset does not operate correctly even after resetting, initialize the headset to restore factory settings. Initializing the headset -Turn off the headset while the USB Type-C cable is disconnected and then press and hold the (power) button and the CUSTOM button simultaneously for 7 seconds or more. The indicator (blue) flashes 4 times, and the headset is initialized. This operation resets volume settings, etc. to the factory settings, and deletes all pairing information. In this case, delete the pairing information for the headset from the device and then pair them again. If still not resolved, please email the below information to socialsupport@am.sony.com. Amazing sound!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with the quality and sound of Sony Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones. The sound is so real that it has made me jump thinking something was by me. The battery last me all day. I like that there is also a quick charge plus an audio cord if needed. There's an adapter for in flight listening. The volume, pause, call song skip are all as easy as a finger swipe on the ear pieces. I can relax an not be interrupted by surrounding noise. The are the best earphones I have used and I have tried some pretty high end ones. They are light weight, the ear cups are soft and so comfortable. I love that they come with a protective carrying case. Great for traveling.

Outstanding Noise Cancellation

I have these connected to my iphone and I've never heard better sound quality. A very comfortable headphone to wear for long periods of time.
