Great quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad I tried Sony - WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones. I have owned a couple different pair of noise canceling headphones. This pair is definitely top level. I really like these headphones. The sound quality of these headphones is beautiful. It is super clear with great depth in tone and wonderful bass. They do a great job of canceling noise around you. There is an app you can download for playing and other controls for the headphones. You can also start, stop, skip forward or back just by tapping or swiping on the outside of the headphones themselves. That is a fun feature that works pretty well. Sometimes it takes a couple tries to get it to work but as you get used to it you can adjust your touch to better work this feature. Another feature I love is if you speak the headphones automatically stop the playing audio. This is so nice. When you need to speak with someone or quickly hear what is going on around you, you don't have to spend time fussing with controls to stop the audio broadcast. These headphones come in a nice case that protects them nicely. They are easy to connect to your device. They are stylish and comfortable to wear. There is plenty of cushion at the top of the headband so they rest nicely on the top of the head without digging in. They have a good range of adjustment on the sides to fit several different sizes. These headphones are high quality and well made. They work great with many useful and convenient features and have superior audio quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones are the best!! Love the fit. And they don't hurt the top of my head or my ears. The noise canceling is the best!! So easy to pair and simple instructions on how to work your headset. The sound is outstanding. The call quality is amazing as well. Comes with a nice sturdy case. Just a 10 minute charge can give you up to 5 hours. Alexa built-in. 360 Reality Audio. Google assistant. You can get 30 hours battery time! There's so many options to adjust your audio/communication experience. In my opinion this headset is definitely recommended.

Fits well and comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the Sony WH-1000xM4 headphones is 8/10. I like the noise cancelling feature. The sensory touch is also cool to use. I do however do not feel too much of a difference when it is optimized. The quality of the box it comes in isn't as great though.

Perfect for Music & Gaming
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is an avid gamer, and I myself prefer to listen to music through over the ear headphones. These Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless headphones sound amazing. They truly do block out the background noise and are a comfortable fit. They don't hurt after long use and most certainly I don't get sweaty with them either. I had no issues pairing these and neither did my 13 year old son. These rock and you can't beat the sound quality. I would absolutely recommend!

Garbage Bluetooth Connection
I have had these Headphones for about 3 months and I couldn't be more upset that I didn't go with BOSE... I went with these headphone because they where highly rated for adaptive noise cancelling and sound. I can say first hand that everything seemed great at first until and was working great until an update on November 4 and since that point the headphone are basically useless. The Bluetooth basically stops working 75% of the time and the adaptive noise cancelling went from great to poor... not sure what happened. I wish Sony would figure out this issue as I'm very dissatisfied with my purchase.

We'd like to help troubleshoot the issue and make this a better experience for you. If you're not able to make Bluetooth connection, please check the following steps: Check that the headset is turned on. Check that the Bluetooth device is turned on and the Bluetooth function is on. If the headset automatically connects to the last connected Bluetooth device, you may fail to connect the headset to other devices via Bluetooth connection. In that case, operate the last connected Bluetooth device and disconnect the Bluetooth connection. Check if the Bluetooth device is in sleep mode. If the device is in sleep mode, cancel the sleep mode. Check if the Bluetooth connection has been terminated. If terminated, make the Bluetooth connection again. If the pairing information for the headset has been deleted on the Bluetooth device, pair the headset with the device again. If the effect of noise canceling is not sufficient. Make sure that the noise canceling function is turned on. Adjust the headset into a comfortable position. The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Check that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off. Check the setting of the Adaptive Sound Control on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. When the Adaptive Sound Control is turned on, the noise canceling function may become insufficient. Resetting or Initializing the headset may resolve the issue. If the headset cannot be turned on or cannot be operated even when it is turned on, press both the power button and the CUSTOM button simultaneously while charging. The headset will be reset. The device registration (pairing) information is not deleted. If the headset does not operate correctly even after resetting, initialize the headset to restore factory settings. Best headphones ever
The headphones have been the best thing I have bought this year. The specs are insane especially when comparing charge speed and battery life. Easy to set up and works great with apps like spotify, tidal and audible. Thanks to the noice canceling I can focus on work without distractions. The smart features work great and are a great addition. The headphones also fit great and are comfortable no matter how long you wear them. For me this was a real surprise since my earshape normally disagrees with headsets.

OMG These area amazing!

I have several big name noise cancelling headphones, including my set for the cockpit and I have to say that these headphones from Sony blow them all out of the water, the noise cancelling is unbelievable and the sound reproduction is spectacular, I can't say enough good things about this product.

Excellent Headphones!!!
