Disappointed
I got these headphones as a gift after having the x3s since they came out. I have to say I’m thoroughly disappointed. Not only with the lack of features on the app, which they somehow made worse with the new headphones by taking more features away, but by the overall feel and sound quality as well. I find myself reaching for the old x3s over these new headphones every single time. Do not buy unless it’s a choice between these and the latest bose headset.

Incredible
I've owned models from Bose and Plantronics... and the noise canceling is incredible. Really impressed. I like the hand gesture controls. The automatic pause of music with talking is 'ehh' for my use but might work great for others. The microphone works very well and is above par with other headsets with this design. I've worn them for 3-4 hours straight with no hot spots even with my glasses on.

Great features
Purchased about a week ago and I’m overall satisfied. The sound quality doesn’t have that booming muddy bass feeling to it but the noise canceling is very effective and the overall quality is solid and crisp. They’re very comfortable and offer a strong selection of features and usability.

Amazing headphones
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a long time user of another brand of wireless noise-canceling headphones (the company starts with a B). I figured it was time to try out a new pair. I've been very pleasantly surprised by how well this set of wireless noise-canceling headphones. Here are my favorite features: • REALLY long battery life. I wear these wireless noise-canceling headphones most of the day on conference calls and typically only need to charge them once a week. My other pair I had to charge nightly. • Comfort - These are very comfortable to wear -- even for extended periods. • Smart Control - I love that these automatically pause music/playback when you take them off. Ingenious! The gesture controls built in for volume are also a nice touch. • Adjustable EQ - You can adjust the playback to suit your needs. Highly recommended!

it's ok
Reall reason I m writing this review is question to the developers and programmers is it possible to add future to content wire head set into Bluetooth set which connected to devices and listen it together with second person non Bluetooth headphones together. Only few manufacturers who actually doing it as an option but unfortunately Sony isn't one of them

Not loud enough
I got these today and wanted to love them. They aren't as loud as my old Beats. Sound quality and noise canceling is great, but I just wish they could go louder. I have downloaded the headphones app and tried every setting, but I still find it annoying they don't go quite loud enough.

Amazing headphones
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First the looks, very nice, high quality, it comes in a very nice case. Second -> very comfortable to wear even for long periods of time plus it is wireless. Third-> functionality: the noise cancelling is amazing; it works well indoors and outdoors. I looovee how I am able to listen to music even when there is noise around me. It offers a very good sound quality.

Incredible Performance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are incredible. I can not believe how light they are compared to there noise cancelling ability. I have had some Bose QCIIs for a long time and these blow them away. The touch controls take some practice but once your used to them they feel natural and well thought out. Highly recommend!

Good, potentially great with firmware improvements
I upgraded from wired Bose QC25 headphones. Thus far I have found the microphones to be not quite as good as Bose, but the audio quality is exceptional. My main issue right now is that the dual bluetooth is causing problems. For example, I am often on a video conference and then I get a phone call. The headphone switches to the call before I even answer it. And then it completely drops the bluetooth on my computer. I have to power the headphones off and then back on to rejoin my conference. This needs to be fixed. So far the ambient control and speed to chat are more distracting than helpful so I turned them off. Pausing when I take off the headphones is nice, as are the touch controls on the headphones. My only other complaint is that the headband pushed down a bit too hard on my bald head. The Bose were more comfortable because of that.

My experience
Headphones are good. I like the the sound and looks but the UX is a little bit lower then I expect. Mostly I use the headphones at home for work and play and in general I don't need the the "noice canceling" mode by default, I doesn't very like it. Every time when I turn on the headphones I need to click to times to turn off "noice canceling" and "noice control" that's annoying. Why my preference cannot be saved and every time when I turn on the headphones it's in the same mode which I turn it off? Is it hard to implement? I hope it can be fixed during coming updates. PLEASE! My little feature request :) Also I suggest in futures models separate the button for "turn off" and "connect to the new device" options. I switch very often between laptop and mobile and it also very annoying to press the button 7 second for connecting to the new device :) I hope my review was helpful. In general the headphones are great just fix the small UX issues and they will be the best! Thanks!
