[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these headphones!! These have to be, by far, the best headphones I have ever used. You can personalize these to you, what your doing, your ears, etc... The sound quality is the best. I hear all the little things that my old earbuds miss. They are extremely comfortable and I love that they can be used wireless or wired. That means I can use with my phone, my new mp3 player or my old Gen 4 Nano. I love that!!!

The Good: Sound quality is fantastic Noise canceling is fantastic Connection to iphone is fantastic The not so good: The touch controls are okay. I had a little trouble with them picking up what I was trying to do. The "speak to hear outside noise" feature often picks up a cough. The comfort is so-so. I don't think I would use these for very long sessions. The bad: These headphones are completely unusable on Windows 10 with a bluetooth connection. My drivers are up to date but I get constant stuttering and skips made me resort to using the cord which defeats the wireless purpose. Overall: They're a good pair of headphones and would be 5/5 if not for the Windows 10 issues.

Best headphones I've ever owned. I wear them most of the day for work and listen to music in between phone calls. I hear everyone I speak to crystal clear and never have issues with dropping calls or people not being able to hear me. Very comfortable not once I have even noticed a bit of discomfort. The sound quality of both my phone calls and the music is outstanding. I've been through a lot of headphones over the years and I can tell you this is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. I also love how quickly these charge. I get a lot of phone calls from work through the day and at this point I'm so spoiled being hands free. Thankfully if I need a quick charge in just 5-10 minutes I get enough of a charge to get me through the day. The full charge doesn't take long at all either. Very impressed all the way around. No complaints. Extremely happy with them.

Bought a pair of these for my wife for her birthday and I loved him so much I bought a pair too and everybody that I speak to I refer them. Excellent battery life awesome sound quality we wear ours outside during yard work we also wear them while mowing on our ZTR the noise cancellation works great! I wish I could turn the volume up louder on the ambient aware would be the only thing I would change

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are amazing. They actually hold a charge for over a day. They also charge in very little time. They are so comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I love all of the features, including turning sound up on the headphones. The sound quality is excellent and so crisp. They are unlike any wireless headphones I've ever owned. They come with a carrying case which is a must for travel! It was incredibly easy to set them up, you don't need to be tech savvy to get them started. They actually are noise canceling too. I was able to listen to music in louder environments without hearing the background noise. These headphones are a must for any avid headphone user. I plan on trying other Sony headphone products in the future because I love these so much!

Firstly they look great, slim line, comfortable and fit perfectly, not big and bulky like some out there. They are adjustable but I haven’t needed to change them. They are easy to fold and fit into the compact case that comes with them. They are very easy to setup, on my laptop, all I had to do was pair them and all done. On my phone I downloaded the app and control everything from there. Switching between both devices is easy too. The sound quality is amazing! Perfect for me to work from home while the rest of the family is around. I love the speak to chat feature, with one word I can automatically pause my music to have a conversation. The other features I love are the adaptive sound control that senses what you are doing and adjusts the sound accordingly, the sensor which can detect if you are wearing the headphones and adjusts to help save the battery, the battery life is great at 30 hours. It is so easy to let in ambient sound, adjust volume and make calls just by tapping the panel Definitely the best headphone I have owned in a very long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This headphone is such full of sound it’s better than I was expecting the emmersive feeling you get is amazing like I love it like there is nothing else but the music and it’s better that the other ones I’ve owned for that reason the way you can put your hands over the ear piece is a brilliant design and so handy to use I love that it comes with everything you need for an airplane ride. These hands down are way better than I’ve owned I’m glad I gave these a try. Once again it’s Amazing!

These are still the king of headphones, the noise cancelling is the best, sound is great, and fit and comfort are top notch. Design is basically the same as the Xm3 but the feel has improved, kinda hope the design changes and improves, would like to see the ear cups slimmer, and Love an easy quick design for swappable ear-pads. Appreciate the ability to connect to two devices at once now.

I just purchased these hoping they would not only be great headphones, but great for phone calls as well.  The noise canceling feature for me is very good, and better than that of my Apple AirPod Pros, which are decent.  The sound quality is quite similar, but I did notice the ability to get louder with these than the AirPod Pros.  However, when I called my sister to try out both headsets to compare performance, these Sony headphones were not good. I sounded clear and crisp to her, but they let in so much of the ambient background noise that it was very loud and distracting to her.  In comparison, my AirPod Pros let in very little, so that there was no distraction and no issue for her. Those also made my voice sound as crisp and clear as these.  What surprised me the most was when I put my iPhone Xs Max on speakerphone, the built-in mic on the phone filtered out just as much as the AirPod Pros, which was again WAAY more than these Sony headphones.  That was a very pleasant surprise for my phone's speakerphone, but unfortunately a big disappointment for these Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones.  To be clear, the call was made directly through my iPhone, no other apps involved, so nothing else can be blamed but the headphones themselves.  I do enjoy the app and many features of the headphones: having the speak-to-chat option, being able to connect to 2 devices at once, pausing when the headphones are taken off, being able to silence everything and hear the ambient noise by merely putting my hand over the right earphone. Plus the voice of the assistant is very pleasant. They also seem quite comfortable to wear so far. There's a little pressure on the top of my head (I have a larger than average head), but the cups are wide enough that they side around my ears and cause no pressure or discomfort there. If it weren't for the mic issue on calls, these would be incredible headphones! Unfortunately the mic issue is just too BIG to overlook. One of my main reasons for purchasing these was to have great headphones with a great mic. I need these for work calls and videoconferencing most of the work day. I can't have headphones that don't have a good mic on them. Sony, how could you make such a great product, but drop the ball on the call mic? I will be returning these.
