Love the carrying case that they came in. I don't believe that I could have done any better. I have already recommended these headphones to so many people. Highly recommend this product

I got these for christmas back in 2020. early on these were wonderful, the sound quality is amazing, the touch controls were convenient, and the setup was simple and effective, HOWEVER there are some software features these NEED if i am to reccomend these to anyone. Speak to chat will turn on randomly even if i have the feature turned off in the app. The amount of times im watching content or listening to music only to have it stop because of this "feature" that i have TURNED OFF is infuriating. They also NEED to let us choose what touch controls WE WANT. I only personally care for the volume control and skip track features but there are multiple additional controls that i dont want to use. The extra controls would be nice IF they were optional but instead it's all or nothing. I would love to reccomend these to everyone but these issues make me hate using these things. Even just google searching the speak to chat issue brings up tons of forum posts and threads of people with the EXACT SAME ISSUES.

They are very comfortable and easy to use. There is step by step directions how to use and set up. These headphones sound amazing while using them. They cancel any noise out. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones after a lot of research. I absolutely love these headphones. The sound quality is unreal and the noise cancelling works great. I mow lawn and weed wack with these on and can hear the music perfectly. I love the sensor in the left ear that stops the music when you take them off and restarts when you put them back on. All in all I am absolutely loving these Headphones.

Sound is beyond perfect.really comfortable fit ,they don't hurt your ears at all.noise canceling is excellent. Really nice carrying case for them.really like the touch to pause feature. The fold flat and store compactly which is super convenient for travel or to just throw in your purse or gym bag. Sound quality is great and the noise cancelation is better than my old beats studio head phones. I would highly recommend these if you’re looking for a nice pair of head phones. They are comfortable, light weight on the head and flexible so there isn’t any tightness when you wear them. Sony did a great job with these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones are one of the best headphones I have ever own, is one of Sony’s already excellent line of Bluetooth headphones. They are very comfortable and has the best noise cancelling headphone. The music comes through full and clear, one thing I noticed is that when You have the headphones on and people are talking you won’t be able to hear anything they are saying even with the music off that is how good and concealed they are. Sony has finally created a XM4 headphone that has multipoint pairing. I’m very pleased with my headphones I Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a good quality concealed headphones!!

Sony does everything right. These headphones are no exception. Comfortable lightweight, battery last forever and you can get ours of music outta a few minutes of charging. Sound canceling is amazing. A must buy if your looking for the best headphones available

I absolutely love this product, but it did not fit my small head. I returned it because it was so uncomfortable. Exchanged them for a different brand. The quality is not as good, and I loved the features on the Sony. I’m so disappointed with the whole situation. I’ll probably return the competing brand even though they’re comfortable they don’t measure up to the Sony.

I watch many headphones review before finally choosing this one. I consider Bose and B&O, but I have B&O and I was thinking about having different brand of headphones for comparison. The design is great for me. It feels premium and looks simple, and the headphones are really comfortable. They are very light, it feels like you aren’t wearing any headphones. The pads covering the ears are so soft and pillowy. Moreover, they come with a hard case that definitely will protect them if you put them in your bag. Now for the sound. I’m definitely not an expert. For me, the sound is quite great, and you can customise it with the equaliser which will make your experience better. Strictly speaking, my B&O give a light and clear sound, while Sony give a heavy, bassy, but also still clear. Now for the minus. It is only a week or so but I have some bugs. When I connect them to my phone, the volume suddenly increase to the max. The first time I had this it really hurt my ears because I was playing some rock music. Now I always be very careful and check the volume first before start playing the music. Other than that, sometimes the headphones give some sort of static sound when the ANC is on. It get lost when you start playing the music, but i dont think it should happen in this premium product. Once when I was watching Youtube, suddenly my headphones went off by itself. And once I had this headphones on and listening on some music, but then I can’t operate the touch sensor on the headphone, i can’t adjust the volume, pause/play, and skip to next track. I had to turn it off first before it would work again. If you can repair these bugs I will be very happy to give 5 stars. Actually these bugs arent that disturbing, but I really expect more when purchasing this product.
