Hi mtzlblk, Thank you for the feedback on the WH-1000XM4. We value your opinion and we would like to apologize if our product did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback about not having an APTX HD codec support. However, this unit supports LDAC which gives the ability to stream Hi-Res music content, even over a Bluetooth connection.
