I have been using these headphones for weeks now for many zoom meetings, on airplanes, and just listening to music around the house and the sound quality is amazing as is the noise-cancelling features of this Sony model. The carry case is perfect because it fits in small spaces and includes the charging cable, adapter for airplane use, and cable for wired sound. I highly recommend these Sony headphones - they have truly thought of everything with this model!

It's not just that the noise-canceling capability is phenomenal (it is), it's also that the sound quality is fantastic. When I tried them out at home, I was stunned with the sudden silence they provided before listening to music. When I tried them on an airline flight, they not only provided magnificent sound with the engine noise gone (not just reduced) but also helped create a relaxing environment for the trip. The right ear has touch controls; just swipe a finger up/down for volume and forward/back for next or previous song. Cover the ear to quickly deactivate noise-canceling to hear announcements or conversations whenever needed. These headphones are simple, easy, and intuitive, and they're everything you would expect from Sony.

Pros: Best ANC, usage comfort, features, battery - comparing to some mid level competitors like Sennheiser 4.5BT - there is no comparison at all honestly in Sonys favor. Cons: There is only one really. Phone calls in quiet environment are good but when there is quite noisy Sony doesn't cope well. Mics harvest too much ambient noise and people on the other side complaints very often. If Sony can fix this with firmware and isolate Your voice like Bose 700 can, it will be great! Unknown: will it be compatible with PS5...

I've been using these for a few weeks now (coming from a Sennheiser Momentum M.2 Wireless) and generally really enjoy them. There are a few things that can be improved upon though: * Auto power off: way too short, I use these headphones for work and I have to reconnect so often when receiving a call. Make this timer adjustable (e.g. 2h or more). * Wind ANC: when biking with these headphones, all I hear is a loud rushing of wind. Could you please take this into account? Potentially by leveraging the adaptive sound control feature. * Dual device connect: when connected to one device (Android Phone), and subsequently being called on the other (Windows PC), I hear everyone in a very robotic voice (and they me in most cases). I have to disconnect and re-connect or switch input sources in the call menu to fix this. This is very annoying and rather embarrassing. * Touch controls: somehow they don't always work as fluently as you'd like (e.g. nothing happens). But there is a lot to love as well: * generally great ANC * good battery life * comfortable fit * good music quality * the wear-detection (auto-pause)

As a former Club DJ and audiophile I found the sound quality to be excellent at this price point. Noise cancelling worked very well. Headphones are comfortable. My complaint is the touch sensor control, it does not work very well and I find myself hanging up calls when trying to simply adjust the volume. Please provide buttons on the next iteration of these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with these headphones. I pair them with my phone so I can listen to podcasts while I'm working or when the baby is napping (on me). I needed zero noise leak and high noise cancelling and these deliver. Like I can still hear the baby crying, but my podcasts aren't being drowned out by it you know? Its made my me time so much less stressful. Plus the sound quality is great and they're comfortable to wear. One thing though- Sometimes I get pressure in my eardrums when I wear them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are amazing headphones. First, they are super comfortable. I like that the padding is soft on my ears and they aren't at all hot or sweaty. The band is comfortable as well, fitting snugly but not so tight that it would hurt an average sized head. I had no problem setting up the app, and when I paired the bluetooth with my computer it was quick and easy. Of course, the sound is what's important, and I find these to have clear, crisp sound and the noise cancelling feature works perfectly. Another plus is that you can just use them as regular wired headphones if you just want to plug them into something that doesn't have bluetooth. I love that, because sometimes I'm using an older device that needs "regular" headphones I feel like these are great quality, work well and have the versatility to use with bluetooth or with a wire. I recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 360 Reality Audio literally made my jaw drop. I thought I knew what good headphones were. I had no ideas what I was missing before using these. These are worth whatever the price is. The noise canceling is fantastic, and can adjust to your surroundings. It also has a Speak to Chat function that allows you to have a conversation with ease and without fumbling with a pause button. Also, if you take your headphones off, the music automatically pauses for you. Brilliant! Sony really put thoughtful consideration into designing this product and thought about all the bells and whistles you never knew you needed. Hands down the best. My one complaint is so minor compared to all the features, and that’s the length of the USB charger. It’s very short and not really practical to use everyday. It does come with an adapter for airplane use though which is an added bonus. They are also extremely comfortable. It comes with the capability to pair with Alexa and can complete calls too. The controls for everything are right on the super soft headphone and these are completely wireless. I’ll be purchasing a pair for my husband because I know he’ll be stealing these from me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these headphones every day. They are light-weight and comfortable to wear for hours. The sound quality is excellent as well as the noise canceling. I wear them while working. Love that they can connect to two devices at the same time. I connect them to my phone and laptop so I can listen to music and answer video calls without needing to turn the music off and take them off. The microphone is great and calls are very clear. The 3D audio feature is quite neat, however you must have a paid subscription with streaming music services that can utilize it. The battery lasts through the work. I do need to charge them daily, but that's to be expected with noise-canceling headphones. The touch controls are intuitive once you learn them. They are quite smart and can tell when you take them off and will pause your music. They can also tell when you are sitting and when your walking - and will adjust the noise-canceling levels accordingly. I am very happy with these headphones!

I love these headphones, they were a necessary upgrade from my M2's which have a cracked headband on both sides. I'm not an audiophile so you can take this with a grain of salt, but listening to my music using these headphones was incredible. I use a custom EQ with the bass turned up to the max with my Tidal HIFI subscription and my music sounds amazing. It was definitely a better sound experience than my M2's which could tend to get a little muddy when the bass is turned up to high levels. I like the fit and overall design of these headphones. They are definitely lighter than the M2's, I could feel the difference immediately, and they are very comfortable on my head. I wore them for a straight 12 hours with no pain/irritation to my ears. The material feels like it will be more sturdy than the M2's, but I'll have to wait and see about that. This was a nice upgrade in features. I've used the speak to chat, and it works as it says it does. I'll be listening to my music and when my son comes over to talk, as soon as I say the first word out of my mouth the ambient sound is activated and then maybe 10-15 seconds after the conversation is over, the music or whatever I'm listening to automatically starts playing again. This feature will be clutch when I'm back in the office for work. The Noise cancelling is amazing, no surprise there. I can now connect to two devices at the same time, but switching between them isn't always as seamless as I would like it to be. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the devices I'm connected to, but this feature can be a little buggy at times. There is one feature in the app that Sony took away with this upgrade in headphones, and that is the Surround VPT. I loved using this feature with my M2's. I was a little disappointed when I realized this was no longer available in the app. I hope SONY can put this feature back with an upgrade in the near future. I don't love the call quality. Of course it's an upgrade for me, but it's still not there yet, but It's not a deal breaker for me. Overall, these headphones are almost perfect for me. SONY just keeps knocking it out of the park with these 1000x headphones. If they can give us the Surround VPT back, make some improvements to the call quality, and these will be the perfect earphones. I'm very happy with my purchase (which i made with my own money) and I would enthusiastically recommend these to anyone!
