Best headphones I've ever owned. I wear them most of the day for work and listen to music in between phone calls. I hear everyone I speak to crystal clear and never have issues with dropping calls or people not being able to hear me. Very comfortable not once I have even noticed a bit of discomfort. The sound quality of both my phone calls and the music is outstanding. I've been through a lot of headphones over the years and I can tell you this is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. I also love how quickly these charge. I get a lot of phone calls from work through the day and at this point I'm so spoiled being hands free. Thankfully if I need a quick charge in just 5-10 minutes I get enough of a charge to get me through the day. The full charge doesn't take long at all either. Very impressed all the way around. No complaints. Extremely happy with them.

I bought these headphones a month ago and I have thoroughly impressed with the quality of the sound and the noise cancelling feature. It does take some time to get used to the app and all of its qualities but after a week or so I was able to use the adaptive sound control to recognize my most frequently visited locations and already have the settings I want for that place ready to go. The multi-device feature works pretty well, sometimes there is a hitch in switching from my laptop to my phone or vice versa with certain apps, but for most uses it works seamlessly. They are really comfortable and I wear them for hours at a time with no issue. Highly recommend these!

I got these today and wanted to love them. They aren't as loud as my old Beats. Sound quality and noise canceling is great, but I just wish they could go louder. I have downloaded the headphones app and tried every setting, but I still find it annoying they don't go quite loud enough.

But then my wife got me these after listening to me complain about having to wear wired headphones and earmuffs while mowing on our acreage. I can't say enough good things about these headphones. This is my first pair of noise canceling headphones and they take the roar of my 27hp zero turn mower to a dull hum. It's unbelievable! I found them very easy to pair with a variety of devices (phone, TV, laptop) and the setup was very intuitive. The multi-purpose button is awesome and makes them customizable for whatever your intended usage might be. The ability to override the noise cancelling by holding your right hand over your ear creates a temporary passthrough to hear ambient noise is really handy when my wife is hollering and trying to get my attention. The last feature is the battery life. It's incredible. The instructions list it at 30 hours and I've been able to get a little longer than that at times. The charging time is very rapid as well. I'm a big fan of the case for storage as I have small children in my house that break stuff all the time. It makes traveling with these Sony headphones a breeze also. Guys, you need these headphones!

I have several big name noise cancelling headphones, including my set for the cockpit and I have to say that these headphones from Sony blow them all out of the water, the noise cancelling is unbelievable and the sound reproduction is spectacular, I can't say enough good things about this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I love about these headphones is they are a great size, not super bulky. They are also extremely comfortable to wear.. They have a cushioned band and the earpieces swivel meaning the instantly self adjust to your head shape instead of having a one size fits all, stiff fit. These have very soft earpads, don't squish my ears and are so light weight, I forget I'm wearing them! These headphones were very easy to connect via the Sony headphones connect app, and the dashboard for controlling them is remarkably easy to navigate. There are so many in app options including an equalizer, the option of mapping your ears for better sound delivery and even adjusts sound quality to your actions like sitting or walking. The noise canceling ability of the Sony 1000XM4s is nothing short of perfection. I cannot hear people taking to me that are literally standing a mere 2 feet away. Sound quality is absolutely remarkable! The bass is nice, you can hear every instrument and voices are in the forefront, they sound like your at a live concert! I like that they pause your music when the headphones are removed! The sound quality in regards to calls is exquisite, crystal clear with no static or drop out; you couldn't ask for anything better! These last 30 hours on one single charge which is perfect for long shifts at work and for me in general since ai tend to forget to charge things. In addition to that, these are fast charging: it takes about 10 or 15 minutes to get around 5 more hours of battery! These have everything I would ask for if I designed my own pair of headphones; I am so impressed! If you are even considering purchasing these, don't waste another second and do it!

I’ve stuck to earbuds for the last however many years because I couldn’t use skull candy headphones with my iphone (the big ones were aux cord connected for the longest time). The charge on these bad boys lasts way longer than any set of earbuds I’ve ever had, the noise canceling feature is top-notch. I could be sitting next to a train and not hear anything.

Headphones are good. I like the the sound and looks but the UX is a little bit lower then I expect. Mostly I use the headphones at home for work and play and in general I don't need the the "noice canceling" mode by default, I doesn't very like it. Every time when I turn on the headphones I need to click to times to turn off "noice canceling" and "noice control" that's annoying. Why my preference cannot be saved and every time when I turn on the headphones it's in the same mode which I turn it off? Is it hard to implement? I hope it can be fixed during coming updates. PLEASE! My little feature request :) Also I suggest in futures models separate the button for "turn off" and "connect to the new device" options. I switch very often between laptop and mobile and it also very annoying to press the button 7 second for connecting to the new device :) I hope my review was helpful. The slick black look is soft, comfortable for going around your head and on your ears. With a 30 hour battery life and only 10 minutes charge time for 5 hours, you can't go wrong. Touch sensor controls allow you to easily control your volume, answer calls and activate your voice assistant. Great quality and speak to chat volume works great! A great design for comfort for long time use. I highly reccomend!

They feel on your ears don’t cause much fatigue and they seem pretty durable though I didn’t get to put it through too much of a wear and tear situation.
