I purchased these headphones for the office. If I’m listening to music they are fantastic, best headphones I have used. The sound quality and noise canceling on the audio to your ear is top notch. However, the microphone noise canceling is near worthless. I need to have my office door closed or people on the phone can hear my co-workers from down the hall. Even after spending time fine tuning the headset with the app, the microphone problem didn’t improve. This did enhance the quality of the music I listen to however. If you like only listening to music, buy these. If you take phone calls in a noisy environment, get something different.

This past week I was looking for some headphones at my local retail store and saw a pair of these on the shelf. The second I put them on the noise canceling brought me into another world, that's the thing that originally and truly sold me on these headphones. Honestly, these are the best wireless anc headphones, and over the best wireless headphones I have ever used. Whether you are experienced in audio or just starting these are perfect for all. If you want base, you can have as much base as you could need in the extensive app, if you would like to listen to audio from more of a professional standpoint, they are completely perfect for that too. At the price point, and at the quality, and every feature packed into these headphones, they are completely worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these headphones every day. They are light-weight and comfortable to wear for hours. The sound quality is excellent as well as the noise canceling. I wear them while working. Love that they can connect to two devices at the same time. I connect them to my phone and laptop so I can listen to music and answer video calls without needing to turn the music off and take them off. The microphone is great and calls are very clear. The 3D audio feature is quite neat, however you must have a paid subscription with streaming music services that can utilize it. The battery lasts through the work. I do need to charge them daily, but that's to be expected with noise-canceling headphones. The touch controls are intuitive once you learn them. They are quite smart and can tell when you take them off and will pause your music. They can also tell when you are sitting and when your walking - and will adjust the noise-canceling levels accordingly. I am very happy with these headphones!

This is a first for him and an amazing buy! He uses them for his morning jog, mowing our lawn, etc! He is so happy to have these and I am SO happy that we have them! They have a 30 hour battery life and they are Bluetooth! What is even better is that ALEXA is built into the system! i would pick these over anything else that may be on the market at this time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely Awesome. Ok, so on to the Headphones themselves. First, Sony is known for sound and they made their name known here for sure. These headphones have true Noise Canceling and are Truly wireless. These may seem petty or even miniscule to the masses, however, upon pulling the wrap off the box, the box itself felt quality made. I pulled the inner box out, and pulled out the case (yes these come with a hard shell case). Upon pulling the headphones out, they felt very nice, not too heavy, and constructed of a good quality. They fit very nice to my head and are "Over the Ear" style and not "Sit On Top" style. I much rather have over the ear personally. The cushions felt very nice, soft, and comfortable. I have other headphones that I love and thus far these where on par. They paired seamlessly to my phone. There is an app they recommend you downloading and I would recommend it as well, if for nothing else then for the adaptive listening it enables and for the custom fit (it fits the sound and noise canceling to your ears). The Noise Canceling feature makes it as if you are in your own world. I had my kids and wife yell while standing only a couple feet from me and I couldn't hear them in the slightest. Design: Awesome; Feel: Awesome; Comfort; Very Good. Now, Sound, the part we all are concerned with. So, as Stereo sound goes, these are Great. Bass is Great, you don't feel like it is beating inside your head but have an awesome bass sound. The music is crisp, fluid, and of Extremely high quality. So, Sound: Awesome. Features: These have an auto pause feature that will pause your music or video if you take them off and begins playback when putting them back on. It does have Alexa built in and Google assist. The 360 Real Audio is phenomenal. If you use a Hifi music app, the sound quality is amplified. With the 360 Real Audio, it makes the sound seem as if you are completely immersed in the music and the sound. For me, music is a huge part of life and these have brought me a new listening experience. I look forward to many hours to come. There are many more features that the Sony app brings to these headphones but too many to list here. Cons: The only con I have is that for long duration listening the top of my head begins to hurt. The padding at the top, I wish, was a bit softer.

I got these about a week ago, and they come in a hard formed travel case that holds the charging cord and airplane adapter inside. The set up was super easy. Download the app, connect the Bluetooth, and power on. Placed them on my head. Super comfortable and lightweight. Then you notice the dead silence. What?!? Noise canceling is right. Just shuts out the world around you. So then I used the free trial code for the 360 music. Got that set up. Went back to the headphones app to analyze my ears for the perfect sound quality. Again, easy. Just took a photo of each ear and it somehow adjusts the sound to my ear shape/ size. Pretty cool. Go back to the 360 music app I downloaded and picked some music. I’ve got to say, these are super impressive headphones. The sound is perfection. It just envelopes your head in all around sound. The sound level, pause/play, skip, & go back are all controlled by either sliding your finger on the right ear piece or tapping it. So technologically cool. There’s mics built into both ear piece, and there’s a feature you can turn on that will pause the music automatically when you speak. Music also pauses when you take them off of your head, and it resumes as soon as you put them back on. There’s a ‘custom’ button on the left ear piece that you can set up. I have mine set to Alexa. So I have Alexa at a push of a button. You can take calls through them to. I did have my friend put them in for me to see if I could hear what he was listening to, and totally quiet from the outside. So awesome. I’ve totally been converted to a headphone user. Completely in love with these. A must have for any music lover.

They are designed to be wireless and noise-canceling. The sound is top quality, making my music/ movie experience amazing. It's easy to use and to control the varying sounds.

Bought these to drown out the dogs while working from home, especially when on conference calls -- fantastic for that! Also work in datacenters a lot where the droning fan noise can be deafening -- completely eliminates the issues there too and makes calls when working in the DC so much better than my previous wireless earbuds. I do not use the touch features that some have complained about. I use mainly for calls, music, and sometimes even just to drown out noise with nothing playing -- all controlled by my phone not the headphones themselves. Told my coworkers to pick some up, would buy again.

They are extremely comfortable for extended use and they fold up nicely to store in the rugged case that comes with them. The noise cancelling is really cool, I can enjoy my music in a room with multiple people having conversations and watching TV. Definitely recommend this product!

As a former Club DJ and audiophile I found the sound quality to be excellent at this price point. Noise cancelling worked very well. Headphones are comfortable. My complaint is the touch sensor control, it does not work very well and I find myself hanging up calls when trying to simply adjust the volume. Please provide buttons on the next iteration of these.
