Highly Recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thoroughly impressed with the high quality and innovation of Sony products. These headphones definitely do not disappoint! I did have to download an app to sync these to my Android phone but it took no time to install and get these bad boys going. The sound is impeccably crisp and clear! This noise canceling technology brings the sound down to a quiet muffle, if they're off, and once I add sound I can't hear distractions. I am really excited to use these when I'm doing yard work and working out.

Bring Back VPT!
Don’t take away the custom EQ, but please bring back VPT as an added feature set. Nothing more to say...if VPT returns with a software update these will be hands down the BEST HEADPHONES WORLD WIDE, and the sells will flourish. For now I’m keeping mine. Purchased Silver but I won’t change my 3 STAR review to 5 Stars until the VPT is brought back with a software update.

Best Headphones!

They have built in alexa and I can take calls if im connected to my phone. This is an awesome headset. Highly suggest checking these out.

ANC does not work as advertised.
- I returned my Bose NC700 headphones and purchased these in the hope that they are better at ANC. - I use ANC headphones for studying, with ANC turned on (to the max), without music playing in the background. - At coffee shops, these headphones let in: 1) music, 2) its lyrics, 3) people's and cashiers' voices about 35 feet away from me (both muffled), and 4) coffee machines in the background (loudly). - Latest firmware/software. - Informed customer service, they recommended exchanging the device, I exchanged the device but I am still experiencing the same issue. - This leads me to believe that this is a software/firmware issue. - I hope that Sony addresses this issue in the near future.

If the effect of noise canceling is not sufficient. Please check the following: Make sure that the noise canceling function is turned on. Adjust the headset into a comfortable position. The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Check that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off. Check the setting of the Adaptive Sound Control on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. When the Adaptive Sound Control is turned on, the noise canceling function may become insufficient. Comfortable on my ears!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so the headphones are extremely comfortable! You’ll be shocked at the comfort level! But there are a few fine details when you dl the app. Remember to pay attention to all the features and what they do. They do a test run of the difference between Sony headphones and regular. But when the music plays from tidal I don’t get the same experience as the example. I feel the sound quality should be out of this world. But I feel like it sounds the same from my Sony’s as any other headset. I’ve tried to play around with it. Do different music apps including tidal! And it’s just not what I expected! Sony is an awesome brand with futuristic qualities!

Great sound quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are amazing headphones. First, they are super comfortable. I like that the padding is soft on my ears and they aren't at all hot or sweaty. The band is comfortable as well, fitting snugly but not so tight that it would hurt an average sized head. I had no problem setting up the app, and when I paired the bluetooth with my computer it was quick and easy. Of course, the sound is what's important, and I find these to have clear, crisp sound and the noise cancelling feature works perfectly. Another plus is that you can just use them as regular wired headphones if you just want to plug them into something that doesn't have bluetooth. I love that, because sometimes I'm using an older device that needs "regular" headphones I feel like these are great quality, work well and have the versatility to use with bluetooth or with a wire. I recommend them.

Expensive and excellent
Great product, received as a gift. Sound quality is excellent and this is the first time I have tried headphones with "hearable bass". The noise-cancelling is great when reading or performing daily routines (cleaning etc.). Althrough expensive, if you can afford it, then it is definitly worth a buy.
