Easy to pair, fit great, no connectivity issues, water and dust resistant, buds with ANC that last up to 9 hours & 13 hours without!? I almost bought the 1st Sony true wireless earbuds with ANC but the battery life wasn't what I needed and there was no water resistance. So glad I waited!

I've had these for over a month now and use them every day while running, doing a home workout, or just sitting in my office doing work. The features are a bit limited but I've grown used to them. For example, I wish there was a way to have volume controls while at the same time able to fast forward/rewind songs. My biggest complaint is the ear fatigue I feel after wearing them for long periods of time. The silicone ear tips aren't as comfortable as some competitors (like Bose) but they're fine for now.

The SP800N's are decent earbuds. The sound quality is okay, connection is great, but some features are fairly weak. For example, the fitment of the earbuds is too broad, and for most these will either be too loose or too tight, depending on chosen wingtip. Furthermore, I found that between 80% and 100% volume, all that changes with the sound is the bass getting heavier, and not necessarily in a good way. At higher volumes, the sound is somewhat overshadowed by the bass, and occasionally a rattling noise can be heard from within the earbuds. Overall not a terrible earbud by any means, but not an exceptional one either.

The sound is amazing blackout sounds they fit amazing you can keep noise out it has a mic for Phone Call and they have Alexa Voice Control, I have used the Alexa commands to call or to find songs sound quality is amazing it blocks out every noise and when people try talking to you. There nothing different headphones there's nothing like these kind of headphones the best headphones i have ever I have gotten

I'm not even sure how many pairs of true wireless earbuds I have tested out at this point. All I know is that I've tried JBL, Sony, and Jabra, and ALL of them kept falling out of my ears. I had high hopes for these ones However, once again, the eartips were not big enough. And yes, I tried large ones... After all of the different consumers who say that the earbuds keep falling out of their ears, you would think that companies would catch on by now, but they haven't. All companies make are S, M, and L eartips. For a lot of people, like me, that's not enough! I am literally an XL size eartip away from having the earbuds fit. So companies, MAKE XL EARTIPS! Not everyone has small to normal size ears!

With the noise cancelling feature on, I could not hear my kids yelling at one another in the background; which is amazing since that has never happened before. The quality is not like most headphones where the sounds seems far away. With these headphones, it's almost like a personal concert just for you! The earbuds do come with other sizes in the box, this was a concern for me since I have very small ears. The only aspect I didn't truly love with this product, would be the charging apparatus. It lights up red when it's charging, but when you close the lid only the case is lit up, and then seconds later nothing is illuminated. The product seems to be true to the battery life description, but it is hard to tell since I do use them for 9 hours at a time. I have not tested the water resistance feature yet. The product seems to keep most dust from sticking to it, but I can always see a very light film which is to be expected and is not a deal breaker. This is overall a great product!

I just bought this and I hardly ever return anything, especially not headphones but the sound quality was genuinely atrocious. The headphones themselves are quite small but pretty comfortable, they look good while wearing, but the sound quality is lacking in almost every way. It sounded like a needle piercing every note into my ears. I tried switching the equalizer and it hardly helped at all. They came out with really good headphones for cheaper about a year after these so I recommend the wh-ch720n's instead of the xm-4's. They are much more comfortable, have 1000 times better sound quality, and are more affordable. Please don't waste your money on this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with these earbuds. I have used various earbuds in the past and these beat them handily. They cancel outside noise and stay put through my workouts. They are extremely comfortable - i almost forget they are in my ears. Battery life is quite long.

As a student that needs to focus these headphones are extremely inadequate and a complete waste of money. Their over emphasis on “premium noise canceling” and dual noise sensor is so ineffective it feels like false advertisement. Please do not waste your money if you're looking for actual noise canceling headphones. Never purchasing another pair of Sony headphones again.

Sony has done it again. This is why I stick with Sony and will continue into to do so. The sound is amazing compared to others in its price range. I immediately noticed a difference when I tried these compared to another very popular sport brand. The app is everything I could ask for and the ability to adjust and customize the controls is perfect. Sony always exceeds where others fall short. The interchangeable ear pieces allow for the best fit possible. Noise cancellation is great, of course you could pay more for top tier noise cancellation, but these are enough. Sony's products always speak for themselves but I thought I'd at least share my thought on these. I am extremely happy with these.
