Can't find 1 reason not to be 5 Stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great tire wireless headphone! These are amazing...the sound quality is fantastic and I absolutely love the active noise cancellation. The control of the headphones is so easy! You can customize the touches to do what is important to you...they fit so nice too, great for working out, running or just needing to have your phone in your ear...yes you can use just 1 if wanted! What a huge plus that was to me! The battery is amazing...using them daily I'm lucky to charge my case more than 1 time per month! What a fantastic job by Sony!

Why would you do this.

I got these headphones for Christmas, and I'm extremely disappointed. The sound quality is good. The Battery life is great. The noise cancelling is superb. However, my biggest gripe is also it's biggest weakness. The touch controls. What the hell is that? My 70 dollar Raycons which I bought 3 years ago, have dedicated buttons for volume control and song skipping. I'm in a situation where I cannot access my phone for volume control, so I have to rely on the headphones to adjust the volume quickly. To go from max volume to the lowest with this stupid touch sensor takes about 10 entire seconds. Not only that, but I can't sleep with these due to the sensor. Putting it against anything makes it freakout and start doing random stuff. These are pretty good sounding headphones, but I would never try to use them in public due to how much this touch panel is either unresponsive, slow, or just generally clunky.

A real winner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found these headphones were a real winner when it came to connecting with my Phone which are used daily for work at home as well as gym time on my runs. I currently on a Samsung phone and had no problem immediately connecting these via Bluetooth. The sound quality is really amazing. These block out any background noise and amplify what the other person is saying on the phone call. I also enjoy listening to music with these when I am doing my workouts, they never fall or slip from my ear and I am confident in running with them. I have not had any issues with them disconnecting from my device But I do however wish that the batteries lasted longer. I typically have to charge them every 2 days for a full work day and 2 gym sessions worth a battery. I really like these headphones and definitely recommend them to anybody looking for something that transitions from work to workout.

Good quality and great fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to purchase these because of the sporty look and waterproof features. These turned out to be much better than I'd thought! The fit is perfect for ppl who don't like traditional buds that tend to slip out. Love how they're waterproof so I can use on my runs while sweating. Battery life is very good. For one hour runs, I've been able to use it 5-6 times before recharging. The only thing is the sound quality isn't as clear as in-ear buds, but still really good compared to other brands. I received this at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

An “Active” Noise Cancelling Solution from Sony!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally had a chance to thoroughly test this earbuds in various settings and aspects of my lifestyle. I'm no stranger to Sony's audio products as I first was introduced to their noise canceling audio devices with the WH1000XM2s. Those were quickly replaced with the XM3s and then this week to the XM4s. As much as I love headphones, I find them limiting in use since sometimes you can't always wear headphones. Thankfully Sony answered the call to this dilemma with the WF1000XM3s last year! These were a bit cumbersome to securely fit in your ears and not worry about losing them even when just walking! I found the noise canceling on part with the headphones which really blew me away! However I had far to many moments of losing these since they barely sat right in my ears. They were also not moisture resistant which meant a no go for the gym! Thankfully, Sony once again answered the call with the WF-SP800N and I was given an opportunity to test these units at a marginalized cost to my wallet! I found the SF800Ns to be a bit more bass heavy compared to the WFs, however you were able to remedy that issue with the equalizer on most devices! I thoroughly enjoyed the various options Sony provided to secure these in your ears and not once did I experience potential dread at having lost or misplaced one or even both earbuds during active moments! They also had no issues of becoming wet during intense workouts at the local crossfit gym which is also reassuring! Sadly I found the active noise canceling a bit too lacking when compared to the WFs and attempts to fine tune it amounted to nothing. I also heard complaints from clients during phone calls that I sounded muffled when using the microphone on these earbuds. I think the SP800N have a place in the Sony line up of noise canceling devices however what one gains in water/sweat resistance becomes muddled with the mediocre noise canceling and muddled soundstage of the earbuds. However, it is a learning process for Sony, much like other brands, and I'm sure they will release a new revision next year that will answer all the shortcomings of this model!

Big sound in a small package

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are great! The quality of the sound, including great bass, is superb in my opinion. From the moment I out them in, these small buds completely envelop you in sound. Even though I would wear them for a few hours a day, a quick drop in the case and they would be back to full in no time. Hardly even had to charge the case as well. I used these for many different activities. Phone calls were clear, both on my end and the other caller's. One thing I really found them useful for was during my woodworking. I could pop them in and work away, no issues. And with the built in Google Assistant, I didn't have to go find my phone if I wanted to change songs or needed to check the time. Overall would highly recommend.

Sound quality is perfect.

Wow. Having apple AirPods and than these. Night and day. Sony blows it out of the water with the sound quality and the ability to make these stick in your ear. I use them to ride my mountain bike up and downhill and they have yet to fall out. The adjustable sound etc is amazing. Also the noise cancellation and ambient sound is a must!

Sony has reached the sound perfection limits

Earphones have been getting closer and closer to the realm of perfection for the last two years. Sony has lead that charge with its headphone and earphone lineup. The earphones more than any other have dominated in my opinon with its wf lineup. With the latest wf-sp800n earphone they perfect a prior design that only needed little tweaks in their wf-1000 earphones. Sony added water resistant, made them fit and stay even during workouts, and finally they pulled back just enough on the ANC to allow it to be effective still but allow even more insturment separation with means now that they are now perfect(as long as you use the right tip..dont use the tips that are too tight inside your ear. Yes it creates more bass but it will become bloated and it might make your head hurt do to the pressure it might make). So with perfection comes sadness. Now there is nothing more to add or subtracted to make earphones sound better anymore. We finally have the absolute limits reached without the law of diminishing returns. While this makes me happy to have, its a little like seeing your movie series finally come to an end. It was great and it will go down as one of the best ever but you sad that there not be another. I'm sure sony will produce something after this but I have no hope that it will be any better in sound.

Quality ear phones; Great compromise to WF-1000XM3

Bought these to complement my Sony WH1000XM3 over the ear NC headphones which are WONDERFUL. I considered the WF-1000XM3, the true in ear companion of the above mentioned headphones, however, I wanted to use my in ear set to run and do other outdoor activities. I read several reviews detailing the fragility of the WF-1000XM3s specifically when it comes to any type of moisture. So I opted for these, the WF-SP800N. A sufficient substitution for my purposes. I still got the deep bass sound, noise canceling, ambient controls as well as a bit more peace of mind if I got caught out in the rain on a run or hike. The fit is OK. I am still figuring out which ear tip and wing combo gives me the most snug fit to maximize sound quality and minimize outside noise. There are plenty of options to choose from to find your fit (2 wing sizes and 5 ear tip sizes). If you're looking for a quality set of in ear phones that you can be active in, I'd recommend these. If you're looking for more of a high end/fancy look and feel I'd say go with the WF-1000XM3s.

Pretty Good

I have these for a month now and they are pretty good. The eq is nice as you can set the sound to whatever you want it to be. The noise cancelling is not as good as over the ear headphones but it does filter out a lot of low noise. High pitched noises can still be heard but it is muffled more
