Just received my Sony WF-SP800N True wireless headphones, and I am very impressed. Here's my list of requirements for headphones: 1. True wireless 2. Must stay snug while working out 3. Music playback should be awesome 4. Active Noise cancelling 5. Comfortable 6. Minimal profile the WF-SP800N headphones meet all of the above criteria. Better than any other true wireless headphones on the market. I'm impressed with the music playback, comfort of fit, and snugness while working out. I love the ANC, and Adaptive Ambient Sound features, but the Adaptive ambient sound needs to allow for a little louder ambient sounds when set to max. There's not a lot of difference between that and just turning off ANC/Ambient sound altogether. When I set ambient sound to max, I want to hear everything clearly in my surroundings, and still hear my music. Right now, I have to turn the music down to almost nothing in order to hear someone talking to me. Even with the Voice Focus enabled. I don't mind turning the music down a bit, but shouldn't have to turn it down all the way. I appreciate the app and the equalizer, and I really appreciate the bass boost! I've seen a few reviews saying the ANC is excellent, and I have to say, I got better performance from my Airpod Pros, but I am new to these headphones and it's possible I'm still needing to do a little adjusting (i.e. earplug size). The headphones do protrude from your head a little, but I'm willing to deal with that due to all the other great features.

The best noise cancelling HP I have bought so far. I watch lot of music videos & the movies, and the sound quality is excellent. With right amount of base and balanced sound it makes listening to music a real pleasure. I highly recommend it.

excellent audio quality, has ear pressure adjustment feature in the app that helps with relieve on ear pressure, battery is very long lasting. Pretty sure XM6 is better since it is the newer version, but this one is reasonable priced!

All my life I bet on Sony, you have to take your hat off when talking about audio. this team has many positive things. good bass, ear comfort. Exceptional noise cancellation, good price compared to Apple. And much more !!!, for my 5 stars

I had high expectations for this product and then one day it stopped charging. The battery malfunctioned in less than 6 months! I tried 6 different chargers, including the one it came with, to no avail!

I got these about 2 weeks ago and the sound is great, got them set to fit. The only problem is that when you sweat they want to slide out of your ears , wish there was an attachment to have them loop around the back of your ear.

Accidently ruined my soundcore headphones I bought at Walmart! I was very happy with the sound and noise cancellation! However I had seen all the great reviews on these Sony earphones so I decided it would be better to get these sonys instead of another pair of the soundcore.well the sound wasn't quite as good as the soundcore with these sonys!! Also the noise cancellation wasn't quite as good! I was amazed the sonys were supposed to be better but this wasn't the case! Also the sonys were giving me a case of nausea when wearing them for too long! For the price of the sonys it's not worth it.i returned them and got another pair of the soundcore headphones for $130 less!!!!

These headphones are awesome for sound and noise canceling. They blow some other popular brands away. The problem is this feature they have that will silence your music if you start to talk. It is the worst thing ever!! Imagine listening to a great song and you start to sing along? The music stops and your whole mood is ruined. It would be okay if you could just turn that feature off. It says you can and it has a button to disable it in the app. Except it will just turn itself back on anytime it feels like it. I researched this issue when I first bought them and have kept up in different forums over time. Sony will not acknowledge the problem, and have refused to address it. Despite software updates that could have gotten rid of it. I haven't seen 1 person that says, what a great feature? Newer models might have done away with this, I will never buy another Sony product though. As long as they ignore so many people despising a feature. It could be fixed with a simple update, I'm sure. Make the toggle off switch lockable or just eliminate it. For this reason only I give very poor marks. Sorry Sony. It is a bad idea and you should have fixed it years ago.
