To successfully establish a connection with any device, we suggest activating pairing mode on your headset. Begin by turning on the headset, then press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds to manually enter pairing mode. You will see the blue indicator light flash twice in quick succession, and a voice prompt will announce "Pairing." At this point, you should be able to connect via Bluetooth without any issues.
