At this price point I feel they should have better water Ingress protection. Also I have experienced a issue where if either my wife or I enter Bluetooth range while the other is using them it kicks off the other and the person using them has to pull out their phone and reconnect to the headphones. A confirmation to switch while already connected would have been nice.

excellent audio quality, has ear pressure adjustment feature in the app that helps with relieve on ear pressure, battery is very long lasting. Pretty sure XM6 is better since it is the newer version, but this one is reasonable priced!

I had high expectations for this product and then one day it stopped charging. The battery malfunctioned in less than 6 months! I tried 6 different chargers, including the one it came with, to no avail!

All my life I bet on Sony, you have to take your hat off when talking about audio. this team has many positive things. good bass, ear comfort. Exceptional noise cancellation, good price compared to Apple. And much more !!!, for my 5 stars

I got these about 2 weeks ago and the sound is great, got them set to fit. The only problem is that when you sweat they want to slide out of your ears , wish there was an attachment to have them loop around the back of your ear.

The best noise cancelling HP I have bought so far. I watch lot of music videos & the movies, and the sound quality is excellent. With right amount of base and balanced sound it makes listening to music a real pleasure. I highly recommend it.

This device has too many features that get in the way of using it, and it has no instruction manual (using WORDS) to explain how to use it. If you spend a lot of time you can download all sorts of videos and apps (that want to update themselves first), and ultimately you can find a 151 page pdf instruction manual you can download. Yeah. That many pages to tell me how to turn on and use a pair of headphones. Ridiculous.

Brought a pair about three or four years ago to wear while mowing and when on my tractor. While mowing recently I somehow managed to get the headphones knocked off my head and ran over them with my mower🥴. Saw these while in my local store and jumped on them immediately, they were discontinued and reduced in $$$, I paid over $300 for my original pair. These Sony WH1000XM4 are great, the noise canceling feature is amazing. I also use them while watching movies on tv, I can actually understand what is being said without turning volume up so loud that the background noise blows my eardrums out! Very good set from Sony.

I honestly had high expectations for this product and was amazed to discover they were far exceeded in every respect. The materials, construction, and finish are some of the best I've seen. The sound is clean and clear, and it's highly customizable via the app on your phone or with your favorite equalizer. They're extremely comfortable.
