This is my 3rd pair of Sony XM HEADPHONES in the last 2 years. 2 xm3 and this xm4. All of them stopped charging. This pair is less than 3 months old and just stopped charging. Wish I would have bought bose now

Clear Vocals but bad bass

I just bought these headphones and I don't feel any bass at all and lots of noise leakage. Please help, I have Samsung Galaxy Buds Live as well, and the bass on those feel way more punchy than these sony's.

Have a very good sound, never had a problem for 10 months after purchase, until my charging port melted when charging. I fell burnt smell and when I check it is the headphone.

Best sound I've heard in a headphone. Bought for working out but doesn't stay on head if you bend over or let's say lay down on a bench. One annoying thing is to get the greatest sound you have to join their music streaming service .
