I REALLY love this headphones, the noise cancellation is so good (i feel like i'm in a music studio). The price is a little high but it's totally worth it. I bought the beige color and it's BEAUTIFUL, it looks good with my outfits ^^ Also you can install the app for this headphones, helps you personalize your music experience even more! Now i'll take them everywhere ;)

Stopped charging after 5 weeks and Sony refused the warranty coverage - gave me the runaround.

Awesome headphones

Bought the headphones for the gym and they are Great headphones had them for about 6 months then they stopped charging and they’ll charge for 6+ hours and still not be charged. Tried different cables and outlets but they never charge. Really annoying

I'm not even sure how many pairs of true wireless earbuds I have tested out at this point. All I know is that I've tried JBL, Sony, and Jabra, and ALL of them kept falling out of my ears. I had high hopes for these ones However, once again, the eartips were not big enough. And yes, I tried large ones... After all of the different consumers who say that the earbuds keep falling out of their ears, you would think that companies would catch on by now, but they haven't. All companies make are S, M, and L eartips. For a lot of people, like me, that's not enough! I am literally an XL size eartip away from having the earbuds fit. So companies, MAKE XL EARTIPS! Not everyone has small to normal size ears!

The sound is amazing blackout sounds they fit amazing you can keep noise out it has a mic for Phone Call and they have Alexa Voice Control, I have used the Alexa commands to call or to find songs sound quality is amazing it blocks out every noise and when people try talking to you. There nothing different headphones there's nothing like these kind of headphones the best headphones i have ever I have gotten

These headphones sound great and stay in my ear. I had to switch to the big earfins, and the small eartips. The battery life lasts a while. I have two issues with these headphones. The first is the case takes a while to turn off, and thus the battery in the case always depletes pretty fast. I wish the app was able to turn off the case for these. The second is there is no find my headphone option. As these are truly wireless headphones, I wish they had this feature, as a ton of headphones have this feature.

First let me say I got these for Father's day and I have been testing them for a week. At first I loved them while sitting down listening to music. The buds produce nice bass and decent mids. One issue I have is that they are not very loud and the noise cancellation is decent at best. But the major issue I have is the music keeps dropping in and out! This problem mostly happens when I am jogging, but it recently started happening more frequently. Also I wish Sony would have included a lock feature on the touch controls or the ability to change the sensitivity in the touch controls. Anytime I wear an hoodie it bumps against the buds and changes the track or activates the Google assistant. Overall these buds have potential to be great a little two big but great battery life. Hopefully I can figure out what is going on with the loss of sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a number of other earbuds and before getting these had zero luck in finding a pair that were up to my challenges. I have a very active lifestyle - beside my 'normal' everyday activities I practice yoga (including hot yoga) and bike - as in really bike. 20 miles a day minimum sun, rain or snow. I listen to my playlists, fav podcasts but because I have "weird" ear canals I had yet to find in ear earbuds that would stay in during activity, much less provide great sound and noise cancelling. These earbuds do the job, they do better than the job because they greatly exceed any expectations. For example - this past weekend I did a century ride with my bike club. 100 miles, 10 hours later the music I listened to thru these earbuds kept me entertained and motivated because: A. theses wonderfully lightweight earbuds stayed in my 'weird' ear canals the entire time and I could not tell I was wearing them. OVer every bump and pothole they remained in place. B. Their charge lasted all day. I was done with the ride and wiped out, the battery on these was not. C. Sound quality is excellent, noise cancelling is excellent. Not that I would ever promote total noise cancelling when riding a bike on a road, the noise canceling did help eliminate hearing other riders chatter allowing me to focus. D. Styling is great, they are unobtrusive. The carrying case is small and well designed. I have also worn these during hot yoga-sweating and pretzel poses did not knock them out of my ears. End of session they were still snug, and again, listening to MY personal mix with noise cancelling helped me go through my flow without distractions.. With fall coming up and competitive MTB and cross track rides/races coming up I look forward to wearing these to block out noise and help me focus during training. I have already worn them on some 15 mile MTB training rides over some pretty tough terrain and they performed great (and stayed in my ears) This is a really great product and I am recommending my fellow bikers try them out.
