If the Ambient Sound Mode or Noise Canceling function changes unexpectedly, it is possible that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned ON. When the Adaptive Sound Control is set to On, the Headphones Connect app detects your action or movements and adjusts the setting of the Noise Canceling or Ambient Sound Control. If you want to change this setting, follow these steps: -Open the Sony | Headphones Connect app, and then turn off the Adaptive Sound Control function. -Adjust the Noise Canceling or Ambient Sound Control manually: Turn on the Adaptive Sound Control Move the slide bar to select the Noise Canceling or Ambient Sound Control level.
