I'm still in shock that I get to own a Santa Maria type grill. I've wanted one for years, but the pricing was just out of control. I was worried that I was going to "get what I paid for" here and have a bbq that might not last that long, but I was pleasantly surprised that this thing is a beast! Incredibly heavy and well built! Took some time to build but was very straight forward and quite easy. Cooking over live fire is a craft that I'm still working on but there is no going back for me! Thank you for making these accessable and making a great BBQ!

I’ve been looking for a Santa Maria style grill for a while and there are a ton of options on the market that range from cheap (both in materials used and price) and super expensive. There is a lot of value in this grill for the type of materials used and different components it offers. The fire bricks are not a feature you see on a lot of grills. The quality of materials is evident with the results of the cooks. Very impressed and looking forward to trying a bunch of different types of cooks.

I received this about a month ago and love it. It’s so sturdy and versatile. I’m impressed with how easy (take your time) it was to assemble and how robust it is. I would like a firebox tutorial. Additionally, the grill was delayed a few weeks. No big deal as they were very quick and clear on it. But even better, the CEO sent a set of utensils as a mea culpa for the delay. Above and beyond!

I assembled my grill about two weeks ago. The assembly took several hours, but was very easy with the BILT app. I am truly amazed at the quality of the grill for the price. This grill is a great value. I have used it twice, and it has worked flawlessly.

Great value and super easy to put together. Had it done in like an hour, by myself (suggest saw horses). Works great, super sturdy, and the meat that comes off of it is insane. Highly suggest youtube santa maria basics for anyone that doesnt have this kind of grilling experience. Flame is NOT your friend on this style. Amber charcoal is. Super fun to cook and and really have enjoyed it!

The build quality is very good and the assembly was straight forward. Engineering quality is excellent ,all bolts and screws fit perfectly. Had my first cook and it came out really good. Having never grilled on one of these types of grill it will have a learning curve with fire management. The season just started so the fun begins

The Argentine grill is a quality design, heavy duty, easy build. With a few extra minutes to build a fire, you can have a delicious open fire meal that can't be duplicated. Holds enough food for group meals too. Cast iron pans on grates, no problem. Already got rid of all other grills. This is the way and nobody can touch the price and value, especially if on sale. Best value out there. Go for it.

I took a bit of a risk buying this grill on preorder and man am I glad I did! I have been searching for an Argentine/S.M. style grill for awhile and this offering came along and the specs seemed perfect. I am so impressed with the quality and crafstmanship of this grill. Everything is well made and works beautifully. Spent fathers day with a cooler of beer having a remarkable grilling experience. Get a nice bed of embers and a few different cuts and enjoy!

I pre-ordered this well over a month ago it was a long wait took about 10 days for the shipper to get it to my house from the middle of the country. Once it got here I moved it to where I was going to assemble it and it promptly rained for 2 days. Once I put it together (which was extremely easy and straightforward using the built app) it rained for another 3 days so all I could do was season it and I couldn't cook on it. However the sun did come out and when it did I put sirloin cap on there Hung myself a pineapple and started cooking. I'd love to tell you everything came out great but I don't know I'm still in mid cook and having a blast with my new grill. I love the brasaro I can see how it will be needed for longer cooks. The adjustable height of the grill is awesome and completes the package. This product is extremely well-built and when they say it weighs 375 lb they're not kidding this thing is a beast. Can't wait to keep cooking on it and to polish my live fire skills
