great argentinian grill, easy to assemble.

I recently purchased a Premium Argentine/Santa Maria BBQ Grill, and I have to say, I’m extremely impressed with its quality and craftsmanship. Right out of the box, it's clear that this grill is built to last. The materials used are top-notch, and the finish is absolutely immaculate — every detail is well thought out, giving it a premium, sturdy feel. Mounting it was straightforward, though it did take me about 2 hours. The instructions were clear, and with some patience, I got everything set up without too much trouble. The design of the grill is well-organized, with everything fitting into place securely. Once assembled, I couldn't wait to fire it up. The cooking experience is exceptional. It retains heat beautifully and cooks evenly, delivering that authentic Argentine BBQ flavor. The adjustable height for the grill grate is a great feature for controlling the temperature, and the overall performance has been nothing short of fantastic. I’m absolutely loving it so far. I have wanted an Argentine grill for about a year now after my uncle did a cook for my family on his. So when I saw this the price and size seemed right and I pre-ordered. Glad I did. Assembly was a two person job but relatively smooth 2 hour process. I have done two cooks on it. First one was just simple steaks to thank my friend for helping. The second was a bit more elaborate and I used the grill to its full potential with an initial smoke of the meat. Food turned out awesome. Everything on the grill works and is super high quality. Feels like a very good value at its price.

This grill is not some box store junk. The quality and simplicity of assembly is great! It’s so versatile and is a handsome addition to our yard. Now I’ve got to build the Mrs. a patio. I've cooked on gas rills, kamado grills, and kettle grills and this is easily the most fun and The best interactive grilling/cooking style that I have found. Whether it's just family or entertaining a large group, the food comes out great and the grill becomes a part of the experience for everyone. The quality of the materials is very evident, and it looks great too! I have gotten a ton of compliments on the grill and the food that it turns out.

I'm still in shock that I get to own a Santa Maria type grill. I've wanted one for years, but the pricing was just out of control. I was worried that I was going to "get what I paid for" here and have a bbq that might not last that long, but I was pleasantly surprised that this thing is a beast! Incredibly heavy and well built! Took some time to build but was very straight forward and quite easy. Cooking over live fire is a craft that I'm still working on but there is no going back for me! It looks like a great product. Well-built and backed by this good company. However, I believe it is missing an essential element which is the “V-Shaped” signature Argentinian Grill. I understand it could increase the price, but maybe it could be offered as an option to guarantee fit?

I was a bit concerned to purchase because I was not able to see actual grill. Arrived as scheduled and on pallet. The material is very sturdy and secure. It did take some time to assemble but instructions are clear. Huge grill. Cooking area is big and comfortable to work on. All the added extras for hanging sausage and meats is a plus. Planning family gathering to enjoy a complete Argentine Parillada like back home.
