I've had my Generator installed for about a year now. It got it's 19 hour hot summer workout that just ended. What a great investment is my main thought right now! I was able to help out neighbors with phone charging, refrigerator use and for a while until internet provider co. went offline, even that. I was gently teased for not trusting the electric company's tree trimming to take care of our neighborhood's frequent outage issues in the past. Who's laughing now? This first time usage has totally assured me that this product performs as promised. Extremely happy customer.

With the 22KW model we were not sure what we were getting into. But, with a good local dealer, all went very well. We were trying to hide it in the landscaping but, because it looked so smart and functional, we are glad we didn't. The dealer's installation staff were extremely helpful and answered all our questions. As an engineer I had many but once installed, the system seems designed to function very much on its own with almost no input from the homeowner. And after past tending to a portable at 3am in the midst of a hurricane, we are almost looking forward to the first outage! A real winner!

We were losing power all the time, so we decided to invest in a Generac. After we bought the Generac, we didn't lose power for 6 months! LOL When we lost power for the first time after the installation, the Generac kicked right on and ran for 13 hrs. until the power came back on. I love knowing that I don't have to drag out the Mr. Heaters and the oil lamps any more! The Generac is a lot quieter than I had thought it would be. When I am on the opposite end of the house from it, I can't hear it at all. When I am on the same end, it is just a "humming" sound. I love the comfort that my Generac gives me!

This is the second 22KW generator that I have purchased. The first one was over 5 years ago and performed flawlessly. I remember one Christmas season the power went out and we were the only ones on the street who had their outdoor lights on. The new unit for our current house is great and I liked that they were able to fit the transfer switch inside our house. Great product and terrific installers.

I got my generator installed yesterday. It works great and keep the whole house electricity to run. I got it from Suburban service Group. I would like to specially commend our two installers Bob and Louis. They were both very professional, courteous, and kind. They worked professionally, very clean, and patiently, answered all our questions. They came on time and they worked diligently. I could not have chosen a better generator and a better company to install the generator with.

I purchased the Guardian 18KW Whole House WI-FI Enabled Model. It looks Awesome and it kicks on every Monday at 10am for a test. The peace of mind it gives me is immeasurable. Every time there is an ice storm or a rain storm, I am not worried in the least that I will lose power. Just waiting for the storm ! ha ha

From order process to the installation, everything went smoothly. Other than the weekly maintenance testing, haven’t had any outages since the installation. Get weekly updates on the system after the testing process is done. Highly recommended if your area is or has outages.

My wife and I purchased our house a little over three years ago. Ever since we moved in and having our first power outage, I stated to my wife that I wanted a whole house generator for piece of mind and not having to worry about food spoilage or freezing. Based on power outage testing performed after installation by our installer I was impressed by what the unit does, but more impressed with how quickly it does it. Initial quality seems very good, and the unit design is attractive. I'm almost excited for our first real power outage.

Had my 22KW generator installed professionally by Generac today. Also had two surge protectors and a automatic transfer switch installed. Nice clean install and the unit started on the first try. Installers showed up on time and were very courteous. Unit enclosure looks good and access to change the oil and filter is easy. I'm very happy with this installation. Thank you Anthony and Crew.
