It was packed securely; came with detailed instructions and was very easy to set up. I added oil (provided) gassed it up and with a push of a button it started up. Very pleased. Also appreciate the safety features. Great product.

I like the quality of the generator and features, as electronic table which provides useful information. Ergonomic is good. But I spent some time trying to figure out how to check the oil level until I found that meter is located on the oil lid. I wish generator was less loud. :-)

I hope I don't have to use it too soon and experience a power outage, but it and when it comes, I have no doubt whatsoever that it will provide everything I expect our of it. With the 5300 running watts, it will provide power to those items I wish to have power during a black out. I have found out during my 80 years of life that Westinghouse is a valid and dependable name. I have no hesitation in saying that this equipment will do the job.

Assembly was a snap as the unit can be rolled over (with no oil, etc.) on surrounding protective bars allowing wheel kit installation. Test run proved excellent. Bring on the next power failure!

It is being advertised as running with 68 DB but it actually marks above 80. See measurements attached. The graph shows from 10 feet from the generator up to 25 feet. It starts almost at 87 - 88 and as you move away it drops to 56 around 25 feet. I definitely recommend it but make sure you have plenty of space and extension cord LOL.

Pressed electric start, fired up instantly, and ran flawlessly for 15 minutes. Didn't put a load on it yet, but don't expect a problem.

It's also significantly quieter while running - very important during household power outages. The remote starting feature seems pointless, because you still need to go to the generator to turn the battery switch on before starting. Overall, so far this generator seems well worth its cost.
