I love the start button. The generator is quiet and very easy to move around

The delivery is okay, wheels are very large, easy to maneuver, not very loud, just one pull to start out the box, BUT..., there is no output, which means it's useless, need to call westinghouse service center to figure it out.

Exactly what I expected from Westinghouse Quality! Very easy assembly and started right up! Glad I got the Electric Start to have 2 starting options. Great features with everything labeled. No damage from shipping at all.

So far I've only used it with propane to insure it's functioning and started right up on the third pull plugged a heat gun and worked great this generator seems to be functioning as it should. Unfortunately it came in all banged up from Sams club while the box was trashed I believe it was who ever emptied the oil to prepare it for shipping the frame is Bent, Dented, peeling, covered in oil and it looks like it was dragged around the warehouse very disappointed with the way I received this generator I'm just glad it functions like it's supposed to.

Bought it, stored it, doesn't work when I need it. I legitimately bought this online last December and luckily did not need it for the rest of the winter so it sat there in storage for the year. Now we have a huge storm coming so I am trying to prep it to make sure it is ready and I can't get any reaction out of it. Not a good position to be in after just buying this and having a storm coming

I purchased this to combat the ever increasing frequency of power outages in this area. I wired it directly to the panel using the appropriate materials and interlock kit. a test run shows it to be working great! I'm actually looking forward to the next time the power goes out!
