The price was sweet, and I love the color also lol. Set up was no problem. Putting on the wheels and rubber feet was simple. I LOVE the threaded oil funnel! The supplied spark plug tool and wrench in a pouch are a nice touch. It has the look and feel of a sturdy, quality piece of equipment. It started right up, and ran flawlessly on it's unloaded first break-in hour. It is not whisper quiet, but is not any louder than any other small generator. It sounds nice too me. I love the overhead valve engine. The second part of the break-in was also uneventful. I used my 1200w smoker to vary ...

Thankful it did as we actually lost power 2 days after it was delivered. Put in the oil, gas and connected the battery and started right up. Ran for about 6 hours until power came back on. Powered our well pump, refrigerator, microwave, heat and several lights. Very satisfied.

I have gone through too many times to count without electricity. This will make life bearable. I am a 60 year old female and will be operating this on my own. It looks doable and is easy to move around once the wheels are attached. Was quite heavy getting in my house in the box, but I managed.

I wanted a more powerful unit that would run critical functions in my house during power outages such as 2 refrigerators and our well's water pump. This unit handles it well with power left for some lights and more. Even though the Westinghouse is a more powerful generator, it weighs a bit less than my older unit. The built in wheels and handle are a big plus. Out of the box assembly was quick and easy. Although I didn't use them, tools came with the generator.
Easy to setup and go, right out of the box.

All that was needed was to put on the wheels and front feet. About five minutes. The oil funnel is a nice feature. It screws into the oil fill so no oil is spilled. I'm pretty sure it will be a dependable long lasting generator but I won't really know for 15 years

This generator doesn't need a full pull and it starts right away! The instructions are very easy to follow and it looks like it's a well-made product. We purchased this generator to run a backup sump pump and refrigerator in case of a power outage. We haven't had to use it in that capacity yet, but it held a load well during the initial tests and we feel confident it will perform well in an emergency.
You don't need a full Pull to Start!

This is a solidly built, well-constructed piece of equipment that is sure to do the job. The set-up manual is easy to navigate. After prepping for a trial run the generator fired right up with less than a full pull. It ran smoothly and efficiently during the hour long test run. The gauges are helpful and the ops. panel hosts many features. Like I said, you hope never to need one, but you'll be glad this is ready to use when you do. Also, if you like the color blue - this is the one!

I considered the mfg name and the fact that it was transfer switch ready before buying as well.
